One big thing to overcome here whist travelling and in Spain is the heat. It’s extremely hard to train and as a result we sweat ALOT meaning it’s harder to keep hydrated and electrolyte balance In check. I make sure I drink a certain level of fluids and also have enough Salt to mean I don’t end up severely dehydrated/cramping etc.
It really is very hard to train every day in this hear, especially when trying to grow so i must do everything I can to stay on point and In a good spot 🙏

If it’s 10 days that’s quite a long time so I’d probs get a few sessions in for sure. It’ll allow you some Lee way with regards to eating off plan foods too.
Don’t worry too much about following your plan as kit sounds limited but get a good full body workout in every other day and keep steps ups and you shouldn’t do too much damage.

A lot of pieces of kit are different as well. Perhaps invest in a HR tracker, can use I watch too. Then you can measure a constant rate than a level on a machine 🙂
Your HR will adapt with your fitness so you will have to increase the intensity over time to get the same effect as you will be getting fitter.

Taking a rest day today. Training has been going really well recently! Feeling strong and holding some nice fullness too 👌
Going to box off my work this am and also do some more business dev work. Building out some new programmes and ideas for scaling my coaching business.
You can’t just work in the business all the time, you must also work on it if you want it to grow!
Heading down the beach this afternoon for a few hours too – factoring in some me time to chill and relax today and I can’t wait ☺️

So I’ve used peptides in the past when I’ve had injuries to food effect. I had a grade 2 subscap tendon tear in my shoulder.
This was the protocol I followed. If I remember correctly I ran this for about a month and it really helped with my recovery.

As always with bodybuilding there are literally no rules. You can do whatever you want. So in this case… try both and see which one you feel/perform better on. Then do that set up. It’s all trial and error and seeing what works/fits best for you 🙂

Got up early and smashed out loads of work. I boxed off my check ins and then tucked into some business development work I have going on now.
Also launching the new FTS drop this weekend so have been organising all of that 🔥

There’s are no set rules and guidelines with this. The purpose of a deload is to remove fatigue so that you can come back and perform at a rate that produces progression.

Touchdown in marbella and immediately I feel at home… I love it here and almost instantly feel like I’m ready to go again!
Spoke to cal and we’re going to get this show on the road once again. New cycle, food baxk on point and some structure with training.
I’ve been lax as you know, but held a very respectable 260lbs, so my body is now I. A super responsive place – I should change pretty quickly 😍

Flying to marbella today where I’ll set up camp for the next few weeks – I feel this will be the turning point now for me getting back on track with everything and looking to build out some solid structure and routine.
Staying about a ten minute walk from peurto banus which is nice. And then not too far from padel – the gym!
Am excited to get stuck into some business scaling work and just generally build everything up! 🔥
