    As an addition – you can also do eccentric focussed pull ups. Have a box underneath you and ‘jump’ to the top of the rep (so you use little to no concentric force), then very slowly lower yourself eccentrically. Do as many of these as you can until you can no longer safely control it down. These are a great regression to also.

    Went to athlete Reg today at the portigal show and then trained some arms. Ngl it was waaaay to hot to train. I was worked through with sweat but still for it done. Having to take on extra fluid and sodium whilst here too.

    Really excited for the show this weekend and enjoying my time away.

    No I dont think so but there’s caveats to this

    There’s Difference between a cheat meal and being a complete fat fuck for 2 hours (truth joke)

    Sometimes you may not ‘need’ one physiologically but mentally you may do. If it’s a lifestyle client I’ll try to work this is – also need to be careful it doesn’t turn into a binge

    Avoid trigger foods (foods that make you turn into the food version of a crack addict)

    Today I travelled to lisbon as it’s the mr big evolution show this weekend 🙏 and I have friend competing (I’m not competing or coaching this weekend so should be nice and chill)

    I just trained legs at blackout gym which is by far the best gym in lisbon. Very very good indeed! Loads of all the best branded kit and a great vibe too.

    We’re back in there Friday for push. Heading back now, going to grab some food to prep some simple meals to keep me going.

    Holding 265lbs nicely now on maintenance food/training and cruise dose gear. My body is feeling refreshed and nearlyyyyy ready to go. Just not quite yet 🤣

    Hey bro you look awesome dude! FairPlay!

    Bit of advice from me – iifym is great. Will keep you flexible and able to do other things like be social – which you absolutely should be at your age. You can build an amazing physique but remember to also be a 15 year old and take those opportunities that come your way when they do because you’ll only be a teen once.

    So – have a good plan in place that is fun to follow, have some nutritional guidelines in place (as I said iifym is great), get good sleep (circa 8 hours), drink 4+ L water a day. Don’t spend money on supps yet, just use whole foods, maybe a whey protein.

    Above all do not let it restrict you from anything. Don’t say no to stuff because of training or whatever as this time at your age is precious so Make sure you have a good balance.

    You look great bud. Keep at it 😊

    Travelling yday from Alicante to marbella – 5 hour drive. Long!

    But before that we went to titan gym to record some content for the gram. Should be out soon. We also shot and recorded a chest session too!

    Today I’ve been back in marbella and it’s so so nice here I just love the vibe it’s amazing

    Trained at padel today and it’s super hot, but had a banging session! deffo feeling more back in the game now!

    I mean if you’re going to go back on cycle then I see no benefit of dieting down more without it and risk losing muscle. At the very least going back on will mitigate any muscle loss and increase fat mobilisation.

    So the pro debut for Sam today was very good. We took top ten in a very big class of 16 guys. So not a bad start to his pro campaign.

    We will now move sam into the office season as he has around 6kg room to out more muscle on which is going to completely change his physique.

    We’ve learnt alot this weekend and gathered a some good data to. Next time do it will be dangerous.

    Maybe try another brand and see if you still get pip. Might be a different carrier oil you don’t get in it potentially. I use Quanta.

    Unbelievable day today! My client Sam won his pro card at the Empro classic here In Spain. It’s been a. Long time coming as he’s an amazing athlete and I’m so proud to be able to be here with him to share the experience. I feel like I’ve won! Haha

    Now we plan for the pro debut … which is tomorrow! So I’ve just written up the plan and he is ready to go! We’re coming in fuller an tighter. It’s going to be an epic look as we have nothing to lose! LFG.

    The new breeds first ifbb pro on the books. Happy. Time to grow 👊

    I’m travelling again today, firstly I’m off to Alicante for the Ben weider show as I have a client competing there and then I’m flying straight to Portugal again for the same reason the following weekend. I’ll show you guys this week how I handle travelling like this still staying on track with my goals.

    I know I’m not fully 100% right now. But I still have goals/targets that will be hit.

    Clinical studies show a tolerable rate of clen deployment that will far exceed anything you will ever use. So it’s likely whatever dose you use will be ‘safe’ – that doesn’t mean it’s advisable.

    Also just because the side effects slow down or stop (shakes etc) that doesn’t effect the efficiency of the drug. It is still working. Hope that helps.

    Right then guys ya man is back and ready to rumble. Not going to lie I fully relaxed when away, and don’t feel the best right now but I haven’t done that in years and legit I had an amazing time. Obviously as a BB you cannot do that all the time (like I used to years ago)… but I do think it’s important to take time now and again to just chill out. Got back to tracking and eating well again now, LFG 🙏
