I think by lean bulking you just mean to get bigger whilst keeping a good body composition and being somewhat weary of how much body fat you do accrue. Obviously you will add some fat, but if you keep things in check your can indeed grow whilst staying relatively lean. I prefer this method as you look/feel better, you have improved insulin sensitivity therefor better nutrient uptake etc. As well as generally being able to perform better in the gym (compared with adding too much fat)

Hey bud so yeah they were looking for recreational drugs that we didnāt have. I only took my gh with me as well as Iām cruising now so just did my shot before I left. Obv a very different week this week. Itās been nice to chill out. And have a flexible week in regards to food. Iāve been hitting my protein intake and then being flexible with regards to carbs and fats. And obv a few drinks too and many steps haha. Nice to change things up and relax.

I personally wouldnāt use boldenone ever due to the high level of liver & kidney toxicity and the fact we have other options available with a lower risk profile. If you were to use nandrolone, I wouldnāt probably look to exceed the clinical dosage of 100-200mg/wk. In an ideal world, I would prefer to escalate via masteron or primobolan. But of course the choice is yours my man!

I appreciate itās hard to know who to listen to when you are new to this. But yeah as Hilly said please do not do that. And also in agreement with Hilly, Iād look to diet down slowly with no show in sight, (perhaps compete next next) and learn the difficulties and demands of dieting/prepping with no pressure. Then you can slowly rebound out of that diet phase keeping body composition nice, Getting food higher, and youāll be in a MUCH better place to start a prep next year some time with some good data and experience.
As hilly said this may not be the best news but believe me if you push for a show in 11 weeks using drugs and super low food/high cardio – you may not even make the show and youāll sure as hell hate the process.

Yeah 100% honesty is always best – play it with a straight bat. You could always have the conversation with him about you wanting things a little less right and explain your reasons like you have here and see what he says and if heās open to changing approach a little.
If he doesnāt see it how you do then again, just be honest and say youāre not feeling the relationship is a good fit for you at this time.

So off on holiday today – canāt wait for a nice break
Packed a few kg if cooked chicken, a few packs of micro rice and will grab some fruit and greens etc when Iām over there and then also eat out and grab some wholesome food
You can always eat pretty well no matter where you are if you make appropriate decisions.
Will be training a few times when out there too.
But also enjoying myself too before locking back in when Iām back.

Up to 50% is a huge variance that WILL effect how things progress. And it will render any changes you make to the plan fairly pointless as you have too much Scope for change in there via the steps. Just nail every variable.

Just manipulate the volume based on your fatigue and recovery abilities. A general rule of thumb is the leaner you get the less Volume you need to elicit the required stimulus.

Off to Ibiza Tuesday. Started planning out what Iām going to do when Iām there in terms of food and training. Iāll take my supps/gear with me so that wonāt change:
Food wise weāre in a hotel with a decent breakfast so will do that daily. And one of my pals has an apartment nearby so will use that to prep a couple of meals for each day. Then Iāll likely eat out each evening. Iāll still be tracking and aiming for my 4k kcal as best as possible.
You can go away, have a good time and stay pretty much on track.

Do you connect well with a squat? As in really blow up your quads?
If so then sweet crack on and do whatever feels best – only you will know that
If not, remember you donāt HAVE to squat to grow big legs. I personally prefer more mechanically sound and stable exercises like hack/leg press/pendulum as I connect much better with them and can safely load them a lot more than I could a squat

So hit legs today (started at a funny time on the split as Iām away next week) ⦠the session went as folllows:
Hack 1 x 6-8
Seated leg press 1 x 15-20
Seated ham 1 x 8-12
Leg ext 1 x 8-12
Standing calf 3 x 8-12/12-15/15-20Obv only at MEV so I did a number of feeder/warm up sets then into 1 all out set to failure on each of the above
It was so hot in the gym today too!

If you canāt naturally bring it back I personally think you would have a much more fulfilling life in SO many ways if you opted for TRT.
