Something I do which helps alot – and supports my back from here I injured it – is put a small pad on the base of the seat which allows my lower back to ‘curl under’ a little more meaning I start with a little more spinal flexion which then lets me get much more flexion and range of mobility. I’ll always knock the seat back a bit if there’s option to do so. Just something to try. It may or may not feel good for you too.

Finally started my new split today. Was feeling a little excited to train which is really good sign now we’re properly out the back of the post show phase. I’ll post it all up in detail tomorrow.

Imo it doesn’t matter too much – obviously if you have a more taxing session Ie legs and you have option to do Less steps that day that would be ideal but I understand some days it out of your control. If it’s consistent over the week then it’s not too much of an issue. If you were prepping then I would try and keep the variable as tight as possible.

Just had few days off and went to parklife festival over the weekend. It was nice to chill and take a little time away from intense lifestyle. Been going hard for 3 years so some downtime was much appreciated. I used to go to alot of festivals when I was younger but obviously now with my pursuit of bodybuilding and job/career I don’t really do it anymore but this weekend was a lot of fun. Back to it now though 🙂

Where you’re at now I would’ve continue the cut. Get yourself near to stage ready the you’re in the position to pull back manage fatigue and eat into the show if you need to. If you go into a gaining phase now at 16 or so weeks out you probabaly won’t get stage ready.

Had some funny feedback from the hiit session I did

When you do the volume I did maybe a couple of time a week + weight training and taking gear you WILL NOT lose muscle

As you’ve seen with Jp he’s doing way more fitness than me and he’s still golfing pretty much all of his muscle

This is purely to improve fitness a little and also to just do something fun for for a bit along side my training as I go through my health phase 🙂

Find out their goals and then write them a diet plan. And tell them exactly what to eat. And If they don’t want to do that, then they don’t want to get in shape 😂

We’ve chucked in some cardio now – going to do a couple hiit rounds post workout for a little but. Nothing mental – should help me shift some fluid and feel good

    Today I did

    Burpees x 8
    Battle ropes x 30 secs
    Rower sprints x 30 secs
    Rest one min
    Two rounds 🙂

Deffo outsource and deffo don’t copy anyone else’s or use a template. It just work work for you. You have to do things your own way – so make a list of what it is you want (in detail) then outsource. Have a call with them and discuss how you want it – they’ll be able to show you different options ie vertical vs horizontal etc and then you can give some direction and they can do the specifics. Whatever it costs will be worth the investment.

First day back in the gym yday – went in with no specific plan – I just wanted to get a pump and have some fun

I did some cable elbow cuff flys. Prime press. Prime pulldown. Prime delt fly/lat raise super set. Db bicep curls. Then finished off with some posing.

It felt good to get back in. Still not feeling 100% ready to go but taking it a day at a time – it’s coming 🙏

I have loads around my arm pits from rate of growth over the years – pretty normal in that respect where the skin will be stretched although I’ve not seen it move as much into the bicep before. But really I woundnt worry too much

    Hey

Everyone update from me, as you all have seen I am doing classic this year. This is an opportunity I cannot miss, it allows me to refine my process and be “healthier” this year is the only year I will get close to the weight cap. Last year I was 229 day of the show arguably my best look was 225 stress of the show led to some inflammation as I had over 25 athletes compete across amateurs and pros so this plus handling my own peak / prep led to huge stress and lack of sleep last few days.

Coming back off stage I felt really unaccomplished due to the fact above secondly not being able to bring my best package due to an injury that held me back from training legs for 8 weeks ( I couldn’t even squat 4 plates on Atlantis hack ) and not being able to bring shape / condition I know I am capable of.

This year I have made significant improvements to my physique with relatively low doses and only 16 weeks cycle total this year before going into current phase / aggressive fat loss / prep. Knowing what I have done this year and having my echo results back running them by a specialist + blood work being on point every 8 weeks I am confident I can do well in any path I take after I do what I set out to do this year first and redeem my self.

This prep is a redemption prep for me, I don’t think i am big enough for open yet so classic makes sense for this year to redeem my self and actually go through a prep the way I want to.

Lots of people giving me shit and voicing their opinions, it’s fine and I am all for it but one thing I won’t do is quit doing what I love I don’t do this to win or be mr Olympia. Progress is what I love and every single year I am able to progress my physique significantly and this past 18 months I feel like I have only just got going with it too.

This goal / mission to tick off them I will move onto the next.

Wonder what these people ‘giving shit’ are achieving ? nothinggg

Respect to you bro. Looking forward to watching this unfold.

Go kill this prep man. ?

    So full update is in

We’re bringing food down to maintenance – circa 4k kcal – 300p and I’ll track the rest for some flexibility

Training and maintenance volume – push pull legs x 3 per week – plus a conditioning session

Drugs pulled down to 150mg test E/week (lowest in 4 years)

Going to run this for 8 weeks + and get me super recovered and sensitive again for another big push

Right now I feel I need to pull back and take a health/maintenance as I feel I’m fighting my body and it wants to rest

    So rest it shall

A lot of the ‘pharma’ GH pens are fakes nowadays and cost a pretty penny. Best off with a good UGL GH imo. Recent ones I’ve used to good effect are 2Ktropin and Gen-X both 100iu kits.

Most commonly used sub q. Doesn’t have to be ‘belly fat’, but it’s just the most convenient place.
