So then we are now 10 days out from Sweden pro qualifier
Plan is in – were pushing pure condition for this show
We’re going to run pro fats in a small deficit from now – my body reacts very quickly to zero carb
No direct cardio to reduce lower body inflammation buuuuut steps at are 20k so it is what it is
We’ve increased anabolics somewhat from the oral perspective and added in 40mg halo daily – we’ve also pulled GH now as we’re looking to push for pure condition
Current cycle:
Test 300
Mast 1500
T3 50
T4 100
Telmisartin 120
Winny 100
Anavar 100
Halo 40
Proviron 20
Clen 80
Yohimbine 20
This is my peak load and I’ve only been at this for 3 weeks. We started at the start of prep 14 weeks ago at cruise dose and titrated up each week so I had the benefit of each anabolic increase inline with the one increase in deficit over time.

Hey yes we started out on primo and then switched to mast around 12 weeks out – I wanted to try a prep without tren because I really don’t like the way it makes me feel if I’m totally honest. Push it as far as you can intensity wise whilst avoiding pain/further injury. If you can’t use maximal load due to joint pain, then yes focus on tut, you can still take this to failure – it’s just via a different mechanism.
Caveat – load is key and progressing it over time will drive adaptation to course, but you can do Jack if your make your injury worse – so focus on what you CAN do and do it well 🙂

Hey mate great to have you back, I’ve a couple of questions on your cycle if you don’t mind
1-with mast that high how is your E2 levels?
2-is it usual to have t3/t4 ratio a little higher such as 50t3/200t4? Any issues with it being what you’re currently on ?
3-with halo what effect have you noticed in the past ?
4- yohimbine, what did you titrate this up from and when do you pull it pre show?
4- does the yohimbine hold water ?
5- do you split oral dosages or all pre workout ?

1. As I said I’ve only been at this peak load for 3/4 weeks so haven’t noticed any sides as yet. Haven’t done on cycle bloods so can’t give an exact answer but anecdotally I feel great
2. Up until 2 days ago it was 25 t3 and 100t4 so ratio was 4:1 and is only now 2:1 for 9/10 days or so
3. Halo – strength and ‘hardening’ effect on the look
4. Yohimbine -started and remained at 20mg daily since the start – it can hold water yes, we pulled this about 5 days out from last show
5. Split am/pm

WE ARE BACK!!!
Yes yes guys super excited to be back here on my log and on the forums! Today marks day one 🙂
So much going on right now, I’ve rejoined the team amidst being in the back end of prep and of course just competed this weekend gone at the 2 Bro’s Ben Weider show! I took 3rd. Which tbh I was happy with, the winner was insane and already will walk comfortably onto a pro stage. Tobias in second was also very good, lots of muscle.
My stage feedback from Jack Sullivan was to come in more conditioned and I could bump a spot there. We pushed the carb up quite hard and I was still not fully dried off. Although condition was good, I know I have a decent bit more to show.
So the plan now in Sweden in 13 days. Where the focus is fully on being inside out. Jack said don’t worry about fullness as it’s ‘not my game’, he said forget that just focus on being knarly peeled – that we know I can do. If just always help back on that front because I always felt I had to push fullness more as I was in supers – just jacks an Olympia judge so I’m going to heade his advice.
So as many of you know I’m coached by Joe Jeffery and we have the plan of action. We’ve reintroduced cardio at 45 mins on the bike (was previous 30 treadmill) and also steps at 12k so this is up too. Food down 300 kcal or so to 2300.
We’ll cruise this in from here and should see land pretty damn peeled. I’m excited to unleash the condition without worrying too much on the fullness front so let’s see what we can do.

Hi mate I seen on your insta you posted about your hair transplant, how long do you think you’ll be out the gym for. I’ve recently had mine done 2 week post procedure and was told a month heavy lifting. A lot of fitness you tubers who have had it done tended to wait between 1-3 weeks just curious how you are going to approach it? Whether you know anyone who trains in a similar manner who’s had it done. I don’t know anyone so look to YouTube and forums [/quote]

This game is hard and the standard is high. It doesn’t happen overnight and I’m ready to get in the trenches and start digging to produce the best version of myself yet again.
We have dropped down to 300mg test, 7.5iu GH, 40 tamox and 25 proviron for 4 weeks then assess bloods again (did them 2 weeks ago) … see where we’re at then look to build from there. Very excited indeed. The new diet is done too – I’ll upload it into the diet section of the app.
