Usually just wait until I’m a little bit hungry. So probs like 30/45 mins or so – gives me time to get home sort my stuff out and then eat in peace without rushing 🙂

Or if you train after 5 meals compared to 2…. see what I’m saying. Keeping the variables as consistent as possible will allow for more linear progression. (Although won’t always be linear, it will be easier to track and assess when you do plateaux or regress).

Filling out nicely which is making me look leaner by the hour. We did a final pump session at the gym too which was really good, was sooo pumped felt amazing. Nothing crazy on the weights though. Other than that just been chilling and lying about most the day letting the carbs get to work. Tomorrow is men’s physique and the female classes so will head to the show to watch that and some of my friends competing including my bro @haider-mehdi take his pro card ? … then back to chill and then stage day sat for me. Feeling great!

Just weighed in at 114 kg so actually a touch heavier than at the finals but weigh in was later in the day. We are indeed a lot leaner than finals. Which is great. Excited to carb up and get on stage now! ?

Meals of 100g c consisting of baby rice/honey/whey and then of chicken/sweet pot alternated

Do you have meals off plan in the off season? if you do, how often?
Love your log man, massive results!Not planned in ones mate no as tbh they just making eating your planned food harder. I will if it’s for an occasion or event like a bday though I won’t hold myself back in that respect. But I won’t purposely have a weekly cheat meal. When you’re eating 6k cals clean food you won’t want one, trust me lol

Yes Jordan will only be referring to his working sets which will all be to failure – anything sub maximal before that is just warming up and not ‘logged’
