Higher gi carb sources as suggested above are much better sources when needed to go super high carb imo – faster absorption as well

Really think about scapula retraction. Keeping that all locked in place, when you row, you will only be able to go so far without the scrap having to become unhinged, don’t let this happen. Of course the weight will have to be lighter but you’ll find a much better connection imo. And then you can build from there.

Now we’re at a week out and happy with where we are we’ve decided to dig in and really push for that nasty stage condition now so drugs have changed. Test is down from 1260 to 700, GH down 10 to 5iu, treatalone removed, anavar added at 100mg/day. We’ve added 30 mins liss cardio and upped steps to 12k so this should see me drop a decent amount of water of the next few days and if we need to fill up we can do so but I’m excited to see now how much I can come in. Nothing beats whole food, so maximise that then add simple carbs elsewhere for if needed 🙂

If I need anymore filling out pre show (as already Holding stage condition) … then this will likely now come from clean carbs extra sweet pot and baby rice etc.
Busy day of work, chiro, dentist and then training later. Let’s keep working!!

Because it’s a long drive he’s going to do a 2 hour treatment for me and full body soft tissue as well which I feel is much needed. Body in bits but we battle on and this will be perfect pre show ?

It was tough, energy was low, I tore my adductor last week and that was playing up too BUT we got it done. Spoke to Jordan and we decided to go 20-30 rep plus sets, pumped right up and just got a very good stimulus into the muscles so all in all a good session.
Tomorrow I have a rest day and will be nice to chill, just get my steps in and get my work done. Fly out to Spain a week tomorrow so it’s getting closer now 🙂
