Having a little rebound effect from the diazide at the weekend – weight has been up but I think tomorrow should be the first day it will drop. We have halved sodium intake and kept water high. Feeling good though 3 weeks out from NPC European 🙂

And I’ve always been known for my condition, I deffo looked good but deffo not the leanest I’ve been either. Spain I will he peeled. Properly.

Protocol is currently still the same as before but I’m sure there will be some changes. I’m weirdly craving to do a bit of cardio to help me get that grainyyyy but I’m still not allowed haha so we march on and keep ticking the boxes 🙂

Honestly probably not unless you want to compete or really look at taking things to the next level – if you’ve got to 29 naturally and doing ok then probs just keep doing what your doing and stay healthy. Perhaps look to recalls tighten up your nutrition and training principles.

I think you’re deffo thinking about it a bit too much. Each time you do a new body part just do your normal warm up on the exercise that you do until you get to your working weight.

Hey mate on show day we lowered water and halved sodium. Had 3L water pre show at about 6pm.
Food intake we did about 500 as well as a full diazide the night before
We are going with a different approach in Spain which I will keep you all posted on.
