Talk about growing into a show. Feeling super strong too so very happy with where we’re at right now. 3 weeks out tomorrow.

Tbh i stay braced for all of the movement. As soon as you let it go you lose all structure and interstitial pressure required to make the movement with force and of course form.

u say u feeling lean and full at this stage but previously preps felt flat and depleted. What u think is the contributing factor to this?

Contributing factor is most definitely the relentless off season that I had which has allowed me to diet on MUCH higher foods than I’ve previously had to
I do exactly as JP says always, if I didn’t, What’s the point in having a coach haha … I often ask why we do things so that I can learn and improve my own coaching skills etc and he’s always more than happy to explain

Couple more cycle changes today.
Test 180 – 1260mg/week
Mast 100 – 700mg/week
Tren 100 – 700mg/week
Trestalone – half a ml / day
Clen 120/day
Proviron 50mg/day
50 winny / day
50 anadrol / day
40mg Tamox daily
Adex 0.5 ED
Caber 0.5 x 3 a week

I think your amount of warm up sets will be decided by the weight you’re lifting. If you’re doing a 600kg leg press work set. You’ll likely have a few more ‘feeler/warm up’ sets in there to get your body used to to weight before going into work.
I also then find after compound 1 I’m pretty warm so the ones after the warm up sets will deffo be less, until I move into another body part where we just repeat the process from the start. That’s what I do anyway.

Jordan wants to hold off on the trestolone for the time being so we’ll see what happens with that.
Steps still at 5k. Feeling full and lean which is a nice feeling as I usually feel flat as fuck at this stage.

That’s just broken off another machine that piece. Would be easier to just make one I wound think – grab a 3inch block cut off from a local joiner, and bang some foam or something on there – job jobbed

Catching a tan at the same time. Met some really nice people here in Spain, same mindset and approach to life and training which is awesome! Sam is an ifbb elite pro and a very good classic physique competitor and it’s been good to train with him and also show him my ways of training ?

Cheers guys, all makes sense now. Never looked on it like I would a bicep for example, some Are long and some are very round and peaky. Appreciate the help as always, thank you.
