Jordan was happy and we’ve added in ephedrine at 60mg per day in two doses – I’m intrigued to see how this improves the look.

Rest of the pull session was good I did dual lay pull down, single arm HS row, close grip pull down, chest supported single arm DB row and T bar row. Didn’t do bis today because I had them stripped out yesterday in my massage and my physio said to avoid direct bicep work.

Some serious tightness in there but hopefully that should allow proper recovery and some better blood flow. Rest day as well and back in for pull tomorrow 🙂

Some heavy heavy hacks and leg presses with some of the lads so an awesome environment, banging tunes etc. Can’t wait for everything to be back to normal like that always. The feeling was so good! Although I’m mashed up now but class leg session … also quite pleased with these shots 🙂

So it’s a case of building it up. 1-2-1 PT with a coach who know how to train this way would be my advice. People can always always do so much more than they think they are capable of

MemberJuly 3, 2020 at 9:59 pm in reply to: How to maintain muscle mass when cutting naturally for a competition?With training make sure you logbook (obvious I know) but keep on battling for them numbers and that will help you stay strong and there for hold onto as much muscle as possible. See so many guys opt for ‘higher volume’ towards the end of a cut purely because it’s easier but end up looking stringy because that’s not how they built the muscle. What builds the muscle, keeps the muscle.
