Hey bud I would say it doesn’t matter how many meals you have so long as so long as you’re food going in over the course of the day and there are no digestive issues. So what works for you. I personally do 5

Sun restSo I get 3 rest days a week which is nice and needed for recovery when you train hard. Personally I’d struggle to do 3 sessions in a row for a long amount of time, the fatigue wound catch up with me. I’m actually getting the best progress I’ve had in ages on this split but it also gives me 2x push session a week:

Was pull day and I hit an all time
Pb of 260×10 deadlift and also did a rep on 300 for good measure. The goal now is to build on that 300 weight for reps and just get nasty strong .. while on prep.I’m growing into this prep and feeling very good for it. Don’t even feel like

Tbh some of the best coaches in the game don’t even have qualifications
There are no coaching or bodybuilding qualifications per se, but of course some will aid your knowledge
The nitty gritty of decision making in coaching etc will come from trial and error and gaining experience over time as well as taking as much knowledge as you can from others who have walked the path before you
This is coming from someone with a BSc. It was great, but I learnt more about ‘coaching’ from watching and learning from others.

My whole right shoulder and all surrounding areas were SO tight which would deffo be effecting there injury that I have. I can now get in weekly for treatment so hopefully this will help me improve.

I always think you must pull hard but not at the detriment of form and ending up in the ‘cat’ position (straight legs and bent back and the bar has moved nowhere lol)… also don’t drop the weight but also no need for slow eccentrics imo on the deadlift
