My whole right shoulder and all surrounding areas were SO tight which would deffo be effecting there injury that I have. I can now get in weekly for treatment so hopefully this will help me improve.

I always think you must pull hard but not at the detriment of form and ending up in the ‘cat’ position (straight legs and bent back and the bar has moved nowhere lol)… also don’t drop the weight but also no need for slow eccentrics imo on the deadlift

Managed 200×12 set 1
220 x 5 set two.Still guaging numbers so next week I’ll swap the sets around and look to take 220 for 7/8 and still progress 200 in the second set now I have ‘felt’ the weight again

Decided not to train and get back to it tomorrow. My readiness was miles below where it should be and Generally felt shit so listened to my body and rested. Something I never used to do and would often find my self feeling under the weather more often than not. Listen to your body guys and taking the off extra day off will only help if anything at all!

Everyone will have a different working range. Obviously the deeper you go (ie to the floor) the greater tension there will be in the posterior chain. If you can do this ROM, and get strong there, you will build some serious posterior muscle.
You also have the option of a dead stop at the floor which eradicates any elastic tension meaning you have to recruit muscle fibres slightly differently when doing it this way. Get strong at both imo.

I think you would clean up in classic if it would ever be a possibility in the pro ranks. Especially with the new muscle you have mate.Thank you bud appreciate that man, I do love classic and agree my physique is suited to it.

Right now we are still not pushing on diet and cardio etc – feels like a weird spot to be holding off but only because we’re in a good position to do so because of the date changes etc… I’m ready to rock!
