Your recovery probs won’t be perfect at this stage in prep, just optimise sleep as well as you can (I like day naps too) … the guys have mentioned all the relevant supps too I believe. Halcyon is great for calming me down and allowing me to sleep better. Also join in and cure coming for joints and of course weekly chiro and soft tissue for me is a must

Thinking how far you would have to push with health and genetic factors to catch up to James and Nathan de asha for example ?
From what I can see the weight classes for classic pro haven’t changed? It’s still 225lbs for 6-6’1 … If so send me a link
Good question though and something I’ve thought of. If the weight class is anywhere near what I had to cut down to before then no way, it was hell making that and I looked shit. I’d just take the relevant years out to bodybuild and enjoy the process

Right now we are still not pushing on diet and cardio etc – feels like a weird spot to be holding off but only because we’re in a good position to do so because of the date changes etc… I’m ready to rock!

Will be just rest day food and then off plan meal the night before I go back to gym to fuel up. I’ll post some pics from today here.

You know your log book so you know Physically it’s there.
You need to move on from that failure too, you didn’t get hurt. You were safe, it’s done, move on and stop letting it affect you – that is bringing doubt and that is holding you back.

Looking to fully recover then get back to it 100% later on next week.
Rest day diet and chill for the next few days hahaha

Deffo what you feel the most. Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing as we’re all biomechanically different… therefore different exercises will feel and work differently for each of us. There’s no better feedback that the way something feels. You could always try pre exhausting the muscle wirh for example some fly’s before pressing – I personally found this helped grow my chest.

Posing tonight was great felt lean and full – in a great spot considering how far out I am. Happy days.
