Currently been pushed to 18 weeks out – cycle has stayed the same but good has slightly gone up (stated in diet section) and also I have a weekly meal off after leg pull day
Weight back up from 114.6 to 116.5kg so filled back out but pretty much just as lean so I feel in a good spot

I follow rep ranges and then go to failure within them. You log book will dictate the weight that you do. May take a session or two to ‘find your weight’

I had had something similar and in the end I got an mri – grade 1 tendon tear. It hurts when cold but when I’m fully warm it’s eases off so I can train hard. Funnily enough it hurts more when I walk up the stairs for example than when training (so long as I’m fully warmed up) … deffo get it checked out and also take the supps that Clare suggests above.

Yeah i will definitely get it checked, what do you think was the thing that caused it for you?
For myself i believe that it is a combination of not deloading when i should, using improper form and being terrible at mobility work and stretching. I guess i’m lucky for not hurting myself even worse, but from here it can only get better!

Hey bud. I can’t pinpoint it, it was just a gradual pain that got worse.I have found peptides to help though for sure.

Everyone is different – eating a big ore meal 60-90 mins can even be too close for some people. I think 2.5 is ok so long as you’re having a decent intra.
Do what works for you and what optimises your digestion for training. No one likes to train bloated and full

I think a little hunger justice meals is a sign of appetite and good digestion. But always hungry, no.
However are you growing? Are your lifts progressing? Is weight going up? Those should be the main variables you’re looking at to decide if you need to add food or not.

Recently had some work on my car and they didn’t tighten the radiator hose up enough so it dumped all my coolant (without me realising) … left for the gym and my car overheats on the Mway. Long story short, my car is fine, I sat for 3 hours on the hard shoulder. I missed gym. I’m pissed off. But such is life we go again tomorrow ????

Yeah can chuck muscle rounds in. Usually good to do it on weaker muscle parts. And deloads should be auto regulated ie… when you need to. Take feedback from the way you feel, your sleep, recovery and your log book. They will tell you when you need to deload.

I wound do legs, push, rest, pull, rest, repeat
That way your prioritise rest around pull sessions so you can really smash it and recover from it after
Run 2 rotations and have deads in 1 and SLDLs in the other. (You will have 2 sessions for each PPL session)
Also begin your leg sessions with a hamstring concentrated movement before going into quad work.
