Tbh it’s more about what you can digest. If you eat shit, it will mess your digestion up and you’ll likely just not be able to eat the amount you could eat with clean foods with a tiny bit of naughty stuff here and there

You just know how many calories you are eating first in order to be able to make accurate amendments. If you are maintaining now then track what your having and slowly drop the cals or add in extra output until you see some change In weight. When weight loss stalls make further adjustments

I personally do them twice a week and only 4 sets per week, but I do heavy crunches etc
If I were you if incorporate a couple of resistance based sets at the end of your upper body sessions and perhaps a body weight circuit once a week

Still pushing with no explosive energy so all push movements are slow eccentrics, a good 1-2 second pause and then a controlled concentric.
This is allowing me to lift, all be it not as heavy as usual but I need to keep it active so I’m happy with this progress.

Did push tonight, no PBS but still felt very good compared to 2 weeks ago. Only thing I’ve done different is add the peptides so I can only put it down to that! More follow ups to come

Tbh I think it is actually working yes, I don’t wanna do a full review just yet but it’s deffo helping with the pain.
I’m 2 weeks in now and improvements are noticeable – but we’re not out of the woods yet. I will keep you posted here on my log ????

I personally don’t really connect with it that well and also feel that it aggravates my shoulder. I wouldn’t suggest not to do it, but personally for me there are more effective exercises that I prefer
