Hey Joe I use to work with Pat and I am starting to go back to what I use to do but anyway you could see if this diet looks good to start the off season! Like does the meal set ups and food choices look good? Rest Days are same meals just less carbs and no pre intra or post shakes on rest days!
Training Day –
1 Digestive enzyme with each meal
Meal 1:
-1 hole egg
-200g egg whites
-30g whey iso
-100g COR
-1 banana
-1/8 tsp salt
Meal 2/pre workout meal –
-150g cooked chicken
-100g dry jasmine rice –
-50g veggies – Green Beans
-10g olive oil
-1/8 tsp Salt
Pre Shake (45 mins pre) – 20g whey isolate + 20g CDX + 10g glutamine + 5g creatine – 1/8 tsp salt
Intra shake: 15g EAAs – Hosstile Shaker
Post Shake – 30g whey iso + 10g glutamine
Meal 3: 30 mins after post shake
-150g cooked 96/4 ground beef
-100g dry jasmine rice
-50g Pineapple
-5g olive oil
-1/8 tsp Salt
Meal 4:
-150g cooked Chicken
-100g dry jasmine rice
-50g veggies – Asparagus
-5g olive oil
-1/8 tsp Salt

-80g COR
-50g whey iso
-30g almond butter

Like Jordan said if you’re ready. You’re ready so you shouldn’t need to be making any crazy changes in the last week/days. Reduce output in the last week and don’t train to failure to allow your body to recover a touch so it’s more sensitive to absorbing and holding the food from when you load.

I basically just want to check that am still healthy enough while on cycle that nothing is away off, that estrogen is ok prolactin etc, I feel ok I just want to make sure

Thanks man much appreciated bro – no more shows now man been a long season been in show shape nearly 2 months and I need a break. And also to be more competitive I need to grow so the plan is to come back and go into a health phase before moving into a decent offseason phase to grow for the next time I’m out in that stage either late 26 or early 27 but all that can be decided at a later date 🙏

Yoooo guys what’s up! Sorry been a little quiet for a couple of days just been super busy over here in the US. Obv did my pro debut and managed to make the top ten. I’m over the moon with the result and also got to do my routine and the pose down with the best of the best in the world! Literally living the dream! The game plan was to just come in peeled and polished which we managed to achieve. And think those aspects helped me take the placing that I did!
Going to enjoy a few days off plan now while in the the US and spend some nice time with Nancy and we’ll be home on Tuesday. At some point next week Patrick and I are going to have a chat about the future and the goals/what we’re going to do re off season etc and of course when plans are in place I will be sure to update you.
But for now it’s to chill and bask in the season just gone, winning my pro card and competing at the Pitt power pro for my pro debut taking a top ten. An incredible end to and incredible season.
