Delts done today and some posing after. Really happy with the look at 247.7 this am. We’re having a refeed tomo. Double normal carbs. I’ll post the refeed day diet below here for you. Back tomo then final leg day sat. Last 40 min cardio session tomo and just a 20 min outside walk sat. Then we fly Sunday. No cardio/training on travel day.

the problem is that it happened overnight so I don’t know if it’s really what you’re saying, knowing that some days I manage to eat well, I have an appetite etc… and some days even when I’m starving every mouthful disgusts me,
If ever it’s been about 2 years since I started bodybuilding and I’ve never had this problem, and I’ve always been in the past and I’ve never done any maintenance or deficit ( 55kg to 96kg rn), thank you very much for your answers, I really appreciate it and I’ll take good note of them.
In this case that often is part of the process bud, it’s hard work man. Groundhog Day. You don’t wanna eat but you just have to. Find food sources that sit nicely and keep at it brother.

Just had Alistair an osteopath come round for a home visit and wow what an appt. We literally did a full body MOT with some deep tissue work in places I have never even had it, some dry needling to release other areas areas as well as release work too. Fantastic session. Looking forward to seeing how this effects my mobility 🙂

I like the idea of bringing food up a touch that will directly improve her training and in a way negate the extra calories so she should hold the same, if not better composition from those changes.

Nice chill day today. Cardio as usual this am then Nancy and I popped to One LDN – a pretty cool gym in Fulham for a recovery day of sorts. I used the normatec compression boots for 45 mins while Nancy trained. Then went for a 15 min sauna which tbf, was lovely. Rest day food then tomorrow we feed up a bit and I’ll list that all out tomorrow for you. Pretty tired now it’s 9:15pm so I’m off to sleep. Night guys.

Seated plate loaded calf raise always been my fave. You can’t max that out. That and standing plate loaded. Job jobbed.

Weighed in at 245.7lb which is the lightest of all prep aside from show day following the 2 diazide (246.6lb). So feeling very good and very lean. We’re continuing the diet over the weekend and then we’re going to refeed on Monday. Patrick has already sent the diet over. Same food just a good bit more. More than double the carbs. I’ll list it all here tomorrow. But feeling great as we continue prep. 2 weeks out today 🙏

Sorry if you’ve touched on this before, but could you explain how you feel on DHB vs Tren? I’ve also stayed away from Tren for the past few years and don’t get on well with NPP due to the same psychological/neurological reasons. I’ve heard DHB touted as super toxic, but then so is everything else to some degree 😂 Just interested to hear your feedback as it’s not often a compound you see utilised.
Thank you so much mate honestly I feel nothing at all and running it at 600mg/week so no sides what so ever – I ran it the whole off season and into prep my man. Think adding in halo along side the cycle made a big difference too.

Do it man! Obviously it’s tactical to pull prep, recover and do your first off season as a pro, but you’re someone who enjoys competing. You’ve done the prep, do the pro show for the fun of it!
