    Hey Matt, yeah 20mg tamoxifen per day and 0.5adex x 3 a week. Really helps this does, as I’m prone to minor gyno.

    Honestly not sure of next cycle plans – I imagine increase test E dose and add in another, I reacted well with NPP so maybe that again, will wait to see what JP says ????

    There’s no research to show fasted is better than non fasted so it’s personal preference really. As most of the guys say, and I’m the same, when I do it I like to do it first thing fasted. It get you up early and you feel awesome and sets you up for a good day! Also use EAAs, they’re superior to BCAAs ????

    Guys to answer your question on what AAS I run etc…

    Just come off a blast where we slowly worked up to 750mg Test E and 450mg NPP. I was on 50mg anadrol, but suppressed my appetite too much so we pulled it. Remember, food is king.

    I have just gone into a cruise (300mg Test E) and am also running 3iu GH.

    Regarding insulin. Ive never done it before but actually started it this week on training days only 8iu pre and post. My pre/post WO meals are high carb too so have been all good with it so far. Noticeably increased pumps in the gym and I generally feel fuller walking around. Weight is creeping up too despite coming onto cruise so all very promising and should set me up nicely for the next blast after bloods in around 7 weeks from now ????

    Far out that sounds pretty rough haha!

    Have you always taken a push pull legs, lower volume approach? Or has Jordan got you into it since being with him

    Not not always been on PPL, for years I did body part splits but have always used the process of progressive overload. So even though now I’m on a different ‘split’ the back bone to my sessions has always been the same – lift with form, lift fucking heavy, and progress over time

    More of a convenience hack than a cheap eat but If I’m travelling and my meal is chicken, rice and greens … I’ll prep chicken in a wrap or two with some spinach and tomatoes. Then I have two chicken wraps which are easy to carry, eat and can be eaten cold – chicken and rice cold isn’t so great!

    What did your diet look like at the end of your last prep?

    Hey matt don’t think I have it written down. But I can tell you before I came on with JP I did a week of under 1000kcal, with training everyday and 2 hours cardio to try lose weight for classic. It was actually around this point I saw JP and we got chatting. He saved my ass is all I know.

    I know better not to really do those things but I was also knee deep in a difficult prep and just did what I was told by previous coach.

    I distinctly remember solely eating egg whites chicken and spinach. Honestly, when JP took over inbetween the two shows that I did, he upped my food and pulled cardio to 30-45 mins per day and i actually lost weight. Was insane. Thanks for the question buddy!

    Gear wise I would say it depends how long your mini cut would be but you can probably make the changes you wish through manipulation of your macros/kcal. Potentially pull them back a little whilst still beating your log. Perhaps a small amount of cardio or simply increasing your daily output/walk more etc. No harm in my eyes In pulling back a bit, then going hard again

    Ok so today I hit legs! And what a session I had. I actually trained with a young client of mine, only 18, but the form and intensity he bought to the session was amazing. Makes no odds to me that we’re different strength levels. If you bring the heat and push till you have nothing left then you can train with me all day! That shit motivates me!

    Anyway, today was the first day running out the new JP products. I had 3 scoops of sustain (75g carbs) intra with 2 scoops of MPS max, had it in 1.5L of water and it mixed up really well and considering I had 5 scoops of intra th flavour was great and not sickly or anything at al which I’ve experienced with other intras so very happy.

    I warmed up for the smith squat went up to 5 plates a side for a final warm up and just didn’t feel right. My lower back (which I injured about 6 weeks ago) wasn’t painful but wasn’t right so I made the (what I think to be) smart deciton and swapped them out for hack. I was warm so whacked he plates on the back did 1 or two low rep warms ups then hit hack and felt amazing! Moved onto a solid close stance leg press which was brutal then onto the isolation exercises where I utilised a number of rest paused sets which imo when in a surplus are an amazing tool to initiate further muscle damage to cause a hypertrophic response.

    Had a nice chilled evening and will def be resting tomorrow. Feel battered. Over and out guys

    Bit hard to get up even earlier just to eat as you sleep is important. You won’t me any good at the gym if your still half asleep, so like the others said, hit a carb dense meal for your last meal ????

    Evening guys, so I was going to do legs legs today but still feel beat up from push and pull earlier in the week so decided to rest. Sometimes you just have to listen to you body.     Great day today. Filmed my first vid for TrainedByJP so look out for that soon. Trained push and had one of those days where I just felt extra strong so pushed some new weights and was a great session. I tried to explain a lot of how and why I performed movements in certain ways so hopefully that helps you guys

    I couple of you asked about my diet too so I will post that below for you to see 🙂

    Meal 1
    110g oats
    40g nut butter

    Meal 2 – PRE
    50g isolate
    110g oats/ground rice
    20g coconut oil
    30g nut butter

    INTRA
    3 scoops Sustain
    2 scoops MPS max

    Meal 3 – POST
    50g isolate
    200g carbs (any source – tend to mix between carb drink/bagels/crumpets/rice/jam/rice crispy cakes) – go for what I fancy on the day and how my digestion is

    Meal 4
    200g cooked chicken
    300g cooked rice or pasta
    Spinach

    Meal 5
    255g steak (uncooked)/salmon or chicken
    300g cooked rice or pasta
    Spinach

    Meal 6
    125g granola
    50g nut butter

    Meal 7 (nighttime)
    50g isolate
    30g evoo

    My rest day at the moment is very similar just removes the pre meal and swaps the post meal for another chicken/rice meal
