What bodieparts do you (and jordan) think you need to improve? And what do you do to improve? (Train that bodypart more often, more sets and so on)
Personally my chest has always been a weakness but over the last year it has come out loads and really helped balance my physique. I think now a little more back density would be great. Bigger triceps too! I don’t think there’s a standout ‘poor’ muscle but of course room to improve everywhere. Because of this I don’t concentrate more on anything I just make sure I’m 110% With everything ????

Yeah there are better products for sure but if you’re in a budget and it doesn’t effect your digestion then no probs in my eyes

My fave pre workout (especially when on prep) is baby rice, isolate, almond butter and strawberries. Tastes unreal and digests so well (for me anyway) bud as Haider says it is expensive! £2 for 100g – which Many would eat in one meal lol …. I tried ground rice and Hated the texture although at £1 for 500g, a much cheaper alternative!

I injured my lower back doing RDLs about 2 months ago now so I’ve layed off lower back loading now for a while but obv it’s important for thickness so today I took the t bar (close grip) for a spin and felt great. Pretty strong although didn’t push max as obv i wanted to see how my back was and nail form.
Other than that, had a great session. Foods been good, still hard to get in some days but needs must! Off to London again tomorrow as have been recalled from the casting I did yesterday so that’s good news – see if I can get the job! Travel food at the ready!

When you say certain times of the month, do you mean ‘the time of the month’ because (As I’m sure you know) women will naturally bloat and hold water around this time and gain weight.
If not then yeah I like he solgar digestive enzyme and also I use a GDA that I fine helps me feel better regarding food/carb utilisation .
You should also check food intolerances and see if there’s any connection between the bloating and certain types of food etc

It was awesome to meet the rest of the team, felt like Ive known everyone for ages. Everyone is on the same wavelength with similar goals and morals. And some serious strength.

Nut butter – almond from my protein purely as they do a 1kg pot and I’m eating 120g a day so it’s not so bad £ wise
I tried ground rice in a shake. Horrendous ???? … I mix it with boiling water for a bit then add isolate, keep mixing till get desired texture.
Currently using Yamamoto iso fuji whey but will obv be swapping to the JP range when it’s ready ????

Honestly not sure of next cycle plans – I imagine increase test E dose and add in another, I reacted well with NPP so maybe that again, will wait to see what JP says ????

As most of the guys say, and I’m the same, when I do it I like to do it first thing fasted. It get you up early and you feel awesome and sets you up for a good day! Also use EAAs, they’re superior to BCAAs ????

Just come off a blast where we slowly worked up to 750mg Test E and 450mg NPP. I was on 50mg anadrol, but suppressed my appetite too much so we pulled it. Remember, food is king.
I have just gone into a cruise (300mg Test E) and am also running 3iu GH.
Regarding insulin. Ive never done it before but actually started it this week on training days only 8iu pre and post. My pre/post WO meals are high carb too so have been all good with it so far. Noticeably increased pumps in the gym and I generally feel fuller walking around. Weight is creeping up too despite coming onto cruise so all very promising and should set me up nicely for the next blast after bloods in around 7 weeks from now ????

Have you always taken a push pull legs, lower volume approach? Or has Jordan got you into it since being with him
Not not always been on PPL, for years I did body part splits but have always used the process of progressive overload. So even though now I’m on a different ‘split’ the back bone to my sessions has always been the same – lift with form, lift fucking heavy, and progress over time

Then I have two chicken wraps which are easy to carry, eat and can be eaten cold – chicken and rice cold isn’t so great!

What did your diet look like at the end of your last prep?
Hey matt don’t think I have it written down. But I can tell you before I came on with JP I did a week of under 1000kcal, with training everyday and 2 hours cardio to try lose weight for classic. It was actually around this point I saw JP and we got chatting. He saved my ass is all I know.
I know better not to really do those things but I was also knee deep in a difficult prep and just did what I was told by previous coach.
I distinctly remember solely eating egg whites chicken and spinach. Honestly, when JP took over inbetween the two shows that I did, he upped my food and pulled cardio to 30-45 mins per day and i actually lost weight. Was insane. Thanks for the question buddy!
