Rest day and 1 hour cardio boxed off today. Ngl was pretty tired hungry this evening but that’s exactly where I want to be. I’m in the exact place I need to be to bring my best to the stage next week.
Doing the work and enjoying the journey.
Tomorrow cardio is pulled and just have a 20 min walk in the morning to do so we’re starting to pull back on output and look to freshen the physique off.
Body weight is down and I’m already a good but leaner. Looking forward to seeing how this is going to look on stage next week.
Peak week is here. Let’s fucking go.

Nah that’s a good beginner cycle my man – reiterate the point on frequent injections – even if you don’t like doing it. You’ll get way less sides.

Another day another day boxed. Few changes from Patrick today to start tomo.
Test prop from 100mg/day down to 50mg/day
Proviron from 100mg to 150mg
Halo up from 10mg to 30mg (meals 1/3/5)
Anavar removed.Tomorrow is rest day from training. Cardio up to 2×30 min sessions tomorrow.
Also attended a posing seminar with flow by sammy at muscle works Orpington which was awesome.
In bed now and pretty damn tired today. Been good all week but today was a busy one and I’m hungry and ready for bed.

Others needs certain music as a cue. Other then selves to a dark place in the memory and use that emotion to drive their efforts.
None are right, none are wrong. Just sent these ‘methods’ as and when needed. No point hyping up for a calf raise.

So Patrick reckons we can stay here pushing for another 5 days or so. That takes us to Tuesday/weds where I imagine we’ll slowly start bringing food up again.
Actually feeling pretty damn good and my brain/focus etc all seems to be in a good spot. Sleeping well and having no trouble working etc.
Tomo GH is halved from 8 to 4iu per day. Will check in tomo and see the poa but likely be the same lowered food. Only diff is usually I don’t do cardio on leg day (tomo being my last one before the Ben Weider), but tomo were keeping it in.
Actually enjoying my early morning starts and routine. Up and out early doors before most people are even awake. I love that time of the day it’s like a special time where you can get ahead for the day.
Anyway off to sleep. Back to it tomo – as always any questions. Fire away 😊

Here is my current cycle at 4 weeks out
Peds:
-700mg test prop/week
-350mg DHB/week
-700mg masteron/week
-4iu gh 2xday(before morning cardio and after training)
-1mg arimidex EOD before last meal
-12.5mcg T3 before morning cardio
-100mcg T4 before meal 1
-20mcg clenbuterol +1g taurine before morning cardio and training.
-2mg ketotifene EOD before sleep.
-2x50mg proviron day
-10mg halotestin before training.
-40mg telmisartan day
-50mg anavar split with meals 1/3/5
-16mg ephedrine pre cardio AND training

in regards to your cardio protocol, do you always keep your heart-rate at 120bpm? Even if you do bike and treadmill or do you go higher at a certain point?

Yeah I take insure daily bud. With larger carb meals – it works out at roughly 1 cap to cover 50g carbs so you can adjust your dosing based on the size of your meals. I used it all throughout my carb up for my show too alongside digest Pharma pro – our digestive enzyme.

Sorry been a little quiet on here guys Sunday was my bday and I tried to be off my phone as much as I could to spend time with Nancy. She took me to hakkasan Sat night for a nice meal. We trained legs, walked the dog and went to the cinema – was lovey! Bit obv right back into prep with the foal being to come in even tighter and reader for the pro q in 2 weeks time. Patrick has reduced food, increased clen to 40 mcg and also increased Cardio (which is back in now) to 40 mins.
Checked In today and he said we’re probs going to push harder again – which I’m here for! Fully locked in and can’t wait to go again with an even leaner better package!

3 days out done! Now moving into 2 days out tomo. Feeling great! Trained delts today and had a good session at muscle works. Patrick was happy with the look too.
I checked in this am as he asked me to (we usually do post workout) – I’d dropped 3lb after flush masssge yday so we started carbing a little heavier today in my 3 meals post workout. Tomo we go a little heavier again.
Adex in daily and GH down to 4IU from 8. Halo also going in tomo at 40mg so that should also help me harden up going into the last day or two before the show.

For me it depends on the exercise for example if I’m doing a one arm db row with a decent weight I’ll probs take a small amount of time to grab my growth a touch before doing the second arm. Whereas if I’m doing biceps for example I’ll probs just go straight in after 5/10 seconds or so. Just play it by ear based on what exercise you’re doing.

Another day ticked off. Trained back today. Again nothing to failure just got a good pump and then had a last flush massage after that too. The new meals all went in really nicely aswell and sat well so that’s good. Delts tomo and then we’ll decide the poa for Thursday and if we’re going to be putting some more food in then or what the plan will be. But feeling good. Feel like some of the fatigue is dropping off a touch now aswell that I’m not doing so many steps and we’ve removed cardio so feel like I’m freshening up a little too. Off to bed now and then we go again tomorrow 🙏
