That’s a lot of output in one session re cardio, why not 30 mins a day – better for routine too as you’re doing it daily it becoming a non negotiable.

Another day ✅ just getting into bed now and ready to go again tomo. Training early tomo as my bro is off to the races so we’re getting the session in together earlier and I’ll do my cardio etc right after so should be done and dusted early tomo to get back get on with some work and then crack on again with the house packing stuff. Riveting stuff I know 😂
But Monday I will be making a return to the Jp site via video as filming the first of my videos as all athletes are now going to be doing regular slots. Being on here a lot over video was a big way I got my name out there in the earlier days so it’s exciting to be coming back. Stay tuned 🫶🏻

So yeah run that shit up bro. Take it as far as you can. Then, and only then swap to the new movement.

Conley day today and another day where I took progression on every single lift. Super super happy with that! I’m moving house in 2 and a bit weeks. Literally move in peak week 😂 just the way it turned out – not planned dates wise lol. Anyway spent the afternoon packing some bits up while i had some energy so that feels good to get a start on that. Had a busy work day too. Lots of check ins and other bits done too. Feel like I’m flying right now both physically and mentally and I’m here for it. One day at a time. Rest day tomo. We go again 🙂

Monday again, chest day again… still progressing lifts at under 4 weeks out which is epic. Very happy with a good set at 8 plates aside on the Atlantis incline press! And gym pinning the pec deck. Posing after was very good – ran some rounds with the boys and can see condition is really getting to a pretty knarly place now which I love to see.
Again no changes and Patrick is happy with the look so on we go. Tomorrow is leg day, only have 3 more leg days before the first show so better make them all count as always 🙏

Don’t over think it man. Just lift with control. You control the weight, not the other way round and absolutely be explosive out of the bottom. I see no need for pauses here, just control.
If you’re lifting so slow and really reducing the load as much as you say imo that’s holding you back in the long run.

Rest day today had a good one. Went to the shed earlier for some posing rounds and work on my routine and then did my 30 mins of cardio. Came back prepped my meals for the day and headed over to my parents so we could watch the England game against Italy in the rugby. Love the 6 nations and it’s been a class completion so far! Looking forward to the final games next week!
Then home for a chilled evening and early night ready for Monday. It’s race week here in cheltenham which is always a mental week – especially where I live, right in the mixer 😅😂
Anyway we go again tomorrow up night and early 5am for cardio. Let’s get it. Hope you all had a great weekend. Under 4 weeks to go now till show 1!

If you’re not, you could increase intensity or change modality (eg move to stairs for higher output). Obv you have many other variables to play with alongside just cardio. Few points to think about.

Here is my current cycle at 4 weeks out
Peds:
-700mg test prop/week
-350mg DHB/week
-700mg masteron/week-4iu gh 2xday(before morning cardio and after training)
-1mg arimidex EOD before last meal
-12.5mcg T3 before morning cardio
-100mcg T4 before meal 1
-20mcg clenbuterol +1g taurine before morning cardio and training.
-2mg ketotifene EOD before sleep.
-2x50mg proviron day
-10mg halotestin before training.
-40mg telmisartan day
-50mg anavar split with meals 1/3/5

Many preps in the past I’ve been struggling to enjoy training this deep into a prep so this is a very good sign. Did a few posing rounds after today with Adam too and think I’ve finally chosen my posing track, so looking forward to piecing that together too over the next few days and getting that nailed on. Another day done. Up at 5am tomorrow to do it all over again, delts and bis is tomorrow session!

Rest day today ngl find them pretty boring 😂😂 Wednesdays are also a quieter work day for me. I just wanna get in the gym and train haha. Anyway, in for back tomorrow. And obv cardio early doors. Looking forward to getting after it again. Deffo feeling meaner and getting more vascular etc but my strength is still flying so cannot complain at all!
