Unreal chest day today. Really feel the halo doing its thing now daymmm I felt strong today. 8 plates aside on the Atlantis press which is pretty mega. Everything just felt money today!! Such a good session and then posing after. Cardio this am and ended up on 20k steps because Nancy is a way and I’m in charge of walking kojo the doggo 😂
Leg day tomo so no am cardio and a touch extra food. Would say I’m excited but I’m not as in still not hungry in the slightest haha. Will take that though at 4.5 weeks out!

Yeah don’t just go to no band, regress the strength of the bank until you feel you can do it without and then slowly progress weights from there always assessing pain tolerance, if any pain at all

Lovely little rest day today. Cardio this am as normal. Then Went to meet some friends with Nancy for a coffee and then onto a long walk with Nancy and kojo. Got fully lost and we’re walking somewhere completely off road like non walking terrain – but was fun tbf! And for some rough steps in! Chilled when I got back, some admin stuff, a film and now off to sleep at 9.30 for a nice early start once again tomo 🙂

Very chilled Saturday today. Bit of a later start because I was up late watching the Arnold’s. As I will be tonight 😂 … had my hams/glutes session today and then rest day tomo. Meeting a mate for coffee tomo and then getting myself ready for the week ahead. Usually like to spend Sundays getting food ready and prepping my work stuff for the week.

You don’t wanna just do stuff that’s ’not hard’ right? Do it early in your session where you’re lockout strength is best. Then as another compound if you’re short of kit you coukd do an incline smith press if you like ‘stable’ exercises. Or indeed you could look at DB pressing, but probs be able to run the smith up for longer.

6 plates a side on the nautilus shoulder press for 9 I was pretty happy with.
Last session of the week tomorrow I have my hams/glutes+1 quad session.
Just sat down now ready to watch the big boys on the Arnold Classic – enjoyed the classic boys earlier and was class to see Logan do so well too. Patrick’s client, seems I’m in good hands 🤣

Yeah get them tested but it’s not cheap, be easier to source a new person for a reputable lab – shouldn’t be hard with BB friends 🙂

Anyway just some real talk.
Got a new hose cover for my cpap to stop it giving me dry mouth and some tablets to put in my mouth to keep my mouth moist so hoping that will help tonight 😅

Generally if something isn’t great it needs more frequency and volume.
This is on the assumption execution and intensity are already up to par.

This year, your physique is turning out to be very impressive, and you look much fresher and better compared to your previous prep (that I could watch :)).
Could you please tell me, do you have a lot of non-training activity? because your total calories is pretty high 🙂
Actually, I have a few more questions. If you can’t answer any of them due to confidentiality reasons, I totally understand 🙂
1. What supplements are you currently taking during this period?
2. Are you using insulin during the prep?

Hey bud no worries at all man, and yes my food is high – I have a fast metabolism so tend to burn through food at a rate so need higher food in general to maintain this weight/size. NEAT/Steps are roughly 12-15k but this is also inclusive of my 30 mins treadmill cardio so no not especially high. Few dog walks and that’s it.
Supps is too long to list but pretty much all of the tbjp line

I feel great. Sleeping well. Lots of energy and super strong in the gym. Have felt a little ill once or twice where I’ve had an extra rest day but that’s more illness not fatigue. I don’t have a lot of fatigue at all which is a nice place to be 🙂
