And then onto some chiro treatment. Been seeing the same chiro for 8 years now and he’s kept me in one piece! Good bit of work on my back and my shoulder today plus full body mot. Then in for deep tissue next week. That’ll happen every week now up to the shows 🙏

Never done an AAS pin sub q in my life. Only ever water based compounds.
Can’t see any benefits outweighing the cons… plus if it ain’t broke and all that…

You must be really pleased with where you’re at and what you can bring to the stage given current position.
Side note – epic game six nations beating France. There is no better way to win a game than in the last minute, even if it does cause your BP to raise when the French score with 5mins left…

If you feel good and can recover from it for your next sessions depending on your don’t then why not. I’d say for most people who have a semi decent training age that would be fine. But of course there’s a few nuances.

Visuals sent to Patrick who is very happy with current condition – we’re on the money. He’s added 30mg anavar in from Friday this week look forward to seeing how that helps the visuals.

Getting things ready for the week ahead and can do it all over again. Just under 8 weeks out now and things are ticking along nicely.
Just cardio and steps today. And watching the last of the 6 nations games for this week. Have of course been loving it and buzzing for England to take that massive win over France too!

Similar to what the guys have said liquid-easy digestible carbs are going to be sweet here
Look at nailing 500-1000ml water upon wake with hydration and 20g mps
Then during training 20g eaa and however much intra is appropriate for your diets needs for example 60g sustain.
If you also have a decent Size meal pre bed you’ll get some carry over from that too.

Sessions was
Adductor
Lying ham
Kneeling single leg ham
Seated ham
Smith heavy glute drive
Leg extNothing crazy just straight sets – annoying as where I tore my hamstring late 2023 I still can’t full send hams so seems like I’m just going through the motions for 3 exercises in this session but it needs to be done.
It’s not all pbs and sexy training. Sometimes you just have to do what needs to be done.
Rest day tomorrow before we do it all over again next week.

Slin pins IM all day. Delts/lats/arms is what I do.
I’d draw the weeks worth into one larger barrel then split it into the slin pins.
200 test and 200 primo is about 2ml is depending what lab you’re using. I’d do 4×1/2 ml jabs. Higher inj frequency is better to avoid hormonal spikes etc – also helps keep my skin clearer.

I don’t know but I would imagine so as I’m not using tren – plus bloods were good a few weeks ago so can probs manage the time on it. Or at least, I’m not starting it from an unhealthy place.
