    I don’t know but I would imagine so as I’m not using tren – plus bloods were good a few weeks ago so can probs manage the time on it. Or at least, I’m not starting it from an unhealthy place. Fully aware it’s not ‘ideal’ to run for longer periods but boss said so, so im doing. Obv if he pulls it I’ll update here 🙂

    Awesome session today. Trained with my brother chest and tri. First session back to near full strength again after my illness which lasted nearly 2 weeks. But looking fuller and leaner again sat at 260 – 8 weeks out so I’m happy with that.

    Just checked in with Patrick today so will update here if he makes any changes at all.

    This is a very complex topic – and you’re asking in the right place l without judgement as other people will just give you crap answers like ‘you just need to want it more’ bla bla bla

    It would be wise to try and look at the last few times this has happened and to see if there has been a trigger – no matter how small – tiredness, stress, arguing with a partner, over training… if there even is one. There may not be.

    Clare has said some valuable points here – I’d reassess your goals (if this keeps happening) and maybe bring your baseline food up a bit. Obv I don’t know what it’s at, but that could help.

    Assuming this is happening when dieting, i drink a lot of water around meal times to help volumise the food in my stomach when food is lower – although this isn’t a ‘cure’ so to speak, it can acutely help in the moment. I do think this type of behaviour is more related to the mental side of things that probably needs some deeper exploration and perhaps working with someone that’s experienced in that field.

    A heavier set of usually 6-10, followed by a slightly lighter set maybe 10/20% lighter for another set. All sets to failure.

    I tend to not really change anything at all – I find an exercise selection that suits me and that I enjoy and just keep working at that for as long as I can really

    I’ll only change things if I’m injured or at a different gym – even then I’ll do it as closely as I can to the plan

    It’s the best way to keep progressing and getting stronger. If you’re always changing things up you never really reach that ceiling

    Off to London again tomorrow to look at some more places. Not ideal travelling on prep but making sure I have everything I need with me. Up and down in a day this time so no mucking about with packing too much! Rest day as well so works in well.

    Yeah a 1-2lb per week depending how big and how lean you were. This is almost harder than dieting down itself as your hunger will be higher and you won’t have the focus of the cut so be sure to stay strong with the process and don’t fuck it. Once it’s fucked, it’s fucked – technical term 😂

    First day back in the gym today. Ngl I felt weak as hell. Of course 😅😅 to be expected. But just going to thane to take a little while to get my numbers back up again. I felt weak and short of breath. I did go to pose after and il be honest. I liked what I saw. Leanest I’ve been on prep, a touch flat through the legs but again. Expected. Cardio and sauna this am was nice too and felt good to get up early and crack on. Same again tomorrow as I rebuild 🙂

    I wouldn’t be trying to target your adductors on the hack tbh. If you wanted to change the stimulus you could look at doing different rep ranges each week. And perhaps some form of intensifier in one of the weeks.

    Right so I’ve been super ill now for a few days. Knocked me for 6. It’s always shit when you get ill but it’s also inevitable and hopefully that’s my illness for the year done and dusted. I feel weak and tired and have now had 3 days off fully. I’m hoping I will feel a little better tomorrow and maybe be able to go back to the gym and get back to being 100%. I’m glads it’s happened now at 10 weeks out rather than any closer to the shows tbh. At least I can bounce back and get back on track. But for now. More sleep 😂

    250g protein – 1000 kcal. So you have 1500 left to split between carbs and fats. What seems to be the problem?

    Rest day today so pretty chilled one. Haven’t done a lot to note tbh. Prepped food. Prepped my Jan’s for the week. And prepped my health supps for 2 week as I usually do on Sunday. Like my stock up day haha. But makes the weeks so much easier so I can grab and go without getting loads of shit out that is time consuming.

    Back to the grind tomorrow. Looking forward to a productive Monday back 🙏
