    Joe u understand any difference at 1400 primo … with the same 1400Mg mast enath in place of primo ?? Or more mast e and less primo ( for example 800-1000 mast e and 400-600 primo )?

    Hey bud I feel like mast helps me bring a tighter/harder look and primo is very good with my strength. I don’t feel a massive difference between the two and tbh you could easily split them if you wanted to.

    Here’s my current diet set up for you guys, quite a lot of info here. Any questions please fire away – supps wise I’m obv using the tbjp supps and they cover all bases mentioned here.

    FOOD WEIGHTS ARE INTENDED AS RAW. PRE-COOKED.

    Upon waking up

    -1 lemon pressed in a big glass of water.

    -10g glutamine

    -5g bcaa

    -Cup of black coffee

    -300mg magnesium

    -2g carnitine

    30min steady pace cardio/pulse 120bpm

    (No am cardio on quads)

    Post cardio:

    15g EAAs

    10g glutamine

    Meal 1:

    40g whey isolate

    200g egg whites

    1 hole egg

    120g cream of rice

    1 bagel OR 2 hot cross buns

    40g jam OR 30g honey

    1 banana

    lower kcals:

    40g whey isolate

    Yeah of course. You can just lift way less in total weight on that muscle, so progress will seem a lot less, but think of it as a matter of percentages and it doesn’t seem so bad. Don’t over think it.

    So because of my shoulder issue I’ve decided to split my push session into single chest and a single delt session with some top up tris. Doing the chest and delts together was killing my shoulder and my delt work was suffering so back to 5 sessions. Same volume over the week.

    That being said trained chest/tri today and had a fantastic session. Felt super strong. Just posted some pics on my ig and I’m very happy with them at 276lb now.

    Off to London for a few days tomorrow with Nancy. She’s there for work so I’m tagging along for a change of scenery. Same routine, different place. ☺️

    Back when Jp and I worked together we ran super low test high deca, I think it was 200 test, and then like 1.8g of deca and I blew the fuck up. Super strong, big and full and literally didn’t have any sides. So yeah it works. For me. Again, you never know until you try. I’m sure that wouldn’t work for some. But again, it will for others. There really are no absolute rules in this game.

    Second rest day today and felt a little better which has been good so will no doubt be back in the game tomorrow 🙏 going to get an early night tonight and proper sleep in. Knowing when to listen to the body and reel it in for a couple of days is so important. 4 training days a week also allows me to have the rest days I need so I also haven’t actually missed any sessions which is great.

    Been at Nancys parents house today helping them host a dinner party so had to have my social head on. Back home now and I’m socially and physically knackered 😴 😂

    Rest day today and felt a little ill still. Deffo not ideal but it is what it is. About time I was due a little illness feels like ages since I’ve been ill. Tbh I’ve probs half put myself in this hold via training so a good few days off is needed. Just need a bit of downtime and a mini deload.

    Going to get to bed now and hit another rest day tomorrow and the get back to it Monday!

    You could also opt for a higher carb day on a weaker muscle group if that was somewhere you would looking to focus on

    Or you could have a higher carb day on a more demanding day eg legs

    As Clare said there’s no rules, but those are a few further examples for you

    So leg day yesterday absolutely wrote me off. Got home and was completely cooked.

    Posted some videos on my instagram if you wanted to see any of the working sets which are getting quite strong now.

    Kneeling ham
    Adductor
    Hip press
    Pendulum
    Bulgarians
    Leg ext
    Seated ham
    Calf

    Progression on all every exercises but that session deffo took it out of me!

    A gram of protein per lb is usually a safe place to start (I tend to shoot a touch over that around 1.2g/lb usually with clients and go from there) so if you’re 160lb you’d be looking around 190g protein which is 760kcal leaving you with 2440.

    If you did 500g carb that’s 2000kcal leaving you with 440kcal which would be just under 50g carb.

    Example diet
    3200kcal
    Protein 190g
    Carbs 500g
    Fats 50g

    Depends what phase you’re in plus other variables but here’s an example for you.

    Much needed rest day today. Felt a bit crap today, headache and what not. Nothing mental but deffo a bit meh and glad it’s fell on a rest day. Tomorrow is leg day soooo that’s gunna go one way or the other 😂 I’m always here for leg day though, always one of my fave sessions! Numbers are creeping up nicely too and I’m going to record some of the session tomorrow too with my bro.

    Weight sitting just around 275lb now still in great nick so very very happy. Slow gains body weight wise now (always is for me at this point) but deffo the best 275 I’ve ever been so very positive.

    Pull today and feeling good. In again with ads. Todays session was:

    Rope pull down
    Single arm hammer low row
    Prime mid row
    V bar pull down
    Cybex machine row
    Single arm bicep machine curl
    Cable curl

    One all out set on all exercises. Great session. Meals going in well.

    Things are just moving nicely at the moment.

    Bulgarians are fantastic. Any lunge variation. My fave rear delt movement is set up on the seated cable using a gym pin bar and D-handles – rowing low to high to target the rear delts
