    I use it pre and post at 6iu. Food is very high though with a decent sized intra too. I pin it and then straight away eat my meal.

    Been having some trouble recently with my shoulder – long term injury where I tore my subscap tendon a few years ago. Usually I can get by but it’s deffo hurting a lot when pressing so I’m going to use some bpc 157 at 300mcg twice a day.

    I’ll keep you guys posted on my recovery/results with it. I usually get a lot of questions on IG whenever I post about it so happy to share my experience. It’s always been very good in the past.

    Honestly baffles me when people just say shit. Maintenance is maintenance meaning you eat a certain amount of food to maintain your current position. Surplus (eating more than maintenance) will mean you gain weight (obv both while doing so alongside training adequately)… so from that alone? What do you think is best to grow muscle? 😅

    Hi Joe. Is your estrogen not low with all that primo/eq & adex? How do you find your RBC running both primo/eq. Never really see many running both. Thanks

    Well with test at 750 I’m all good. At least I feel good. I am running bloods again in about 3 weeks whine peak cycle so I’ll be able to report back with some numbers then too and any cycle design decisions will be made based off of them.

    Dorian was a beast. Super big. Super strong. So training at higher frequency for him and the weights/intensity he trained at would have done that for sure.

    For most, they’re not Dorian’s size, strength and absolutely can’t train as hard as he could. Most people (reiterate most, not all) can and probably should train at a higher frequency than once a week or so.

    I just use varying grips on different exercises, close, wide, hammer, single arm etc. Don’t over think it just do them all 🙂

    Been a good couple of days away in London, been getting my sessions in at muscleworks Bethnal Green. Such a good good, old school spit and sawdust. Love it in there. Old iron plates proper training. I’ve hit back and legs while up here and had two bangers. I quite like the tube commute there, get my pre drink in (DNFM obv) and some bangers on the tunes and I’m ready to rock when I get there. It’s nice to get away from time to time and experience different places and things. Been a great trip 🙂

    I actually feel really good about it. I know I can do more, but is doing more at this time bringing me what I want? The answer is no. And now knowing that, I’m happy with the lower volume and content with doing less, at least for now.

    If you can afford it bud I’d look at getting a coach as in your having troubles now with what you have/eat – your deffo going to need help with it comes to adjustments and progressing things over time
