In for my first session post show today and trained pull at muscle works in London. Going to be training here now when I’m up in London. It’s a bit easier for me to get to without having to drive to kings. Class gym. Very old school but some nice pieces of kit in there. They’ve recently extended the gym too so now has a huge new room for arms and delts and another for legs. Good environment and all round class bodybuilding gym. Back to Cheltenham tomorrow for legs at the shed!

So then that certainly didn’t go to plan. I was second call out and really didn’t get much of a look in. We were happy with the look and all but clearly wasn’t what they were looking for yesterday.
The last few weeks has been extremely hard trying to keep my body weight down at the cap level. I need to have a good think about the future and the direction I want to go in.
But for now just going to take a bit of down time and just live and enjoy life and training and push business hard.
Travelling home today. Had some nice food last night but today going zero carb so I don’t feel awful on the flight and when I get home. Going to control the rebound properly and as I have been using Aldactone the last week it’s important to not mess around. Water high and let things wash off to get back to a nice base line to then slowly go up from.

I always draw my weekly gear into a 10ml syringe then split it evenly into insulin needles so I can jab it daily. Once drawn up I just leave them in the cupboard and room temp.

It’s show day! Up early today. 4am as we needed to leave at around 6. Meal 1 was 150g salmon, 80g rice and 1.5L water. Looking to get in 2.5/3L fluid before I hit the stage for the first time as my body looks so much better with water in.
On the way to the venue now. I have 80g baby rice with me too ready to go for second meal after I get my tan.
Then the show starts at 9 with classic being first up. So I imagine I’ll be on at around 9.30 am or so. The set up today is like a pro show with pre judge in the am and finals in the pm.
So when I get off stage we’ll eat and drink up based on how I feel and look. Excited now and ready to go!

1 day out. Just been a nice chill day today. Rested most of the day and went for a haircut in Stockholm city centre.
500g carbs in today. Nothing crazy we started the day heavier and backed off as we went on so we can wash off overnight and hopefully be nice and dry for the morning.
Everything going very much to plan 🙂

From wake till reg at 5pm just 1L water and 8 rice cakes with some salt to make sure I make weight. I was 2lb under so should be all set by the time we get there (will go to the loo a few more times too)
Straight after reg I’m doing 1.5L fluid then 120g baby rice, 20g iso and 20g almond butter. Then we’ll drive back and I’ll do another 1.5L water then around 7ish we’re doing a double burger and fries. Then likely 2 more clean meals of chicken/salmon/rice. Will try and total 6L fluid for the day then we’ll see what tomorrow brings 🙏

And like that we’re in route to the airport. All fat load meals packs and ready to go.
Feeling ready to go and buzzing to smash this last show out!
Fat load today and tomo should see that last couple of pounds drop on just before the weigh ins on Friday.
Then I can sit back chill and eat up as luckily the show is Sunday so I have a full day to load this time!

So then tomorrow I travel to Sweden and we will be running a fat load day with zero direct carbs. It helps me keep water off when flying and also looking to deplete a touch more to make sure I make weight on Friday. We’re also running a slight water load. 8L fluid tomorrow. Aldactone has been in Sunday/Monday at 25mg and today at 50mg.
Also increased Winny to 100mg and added in some halo at 20mg to help harden off the look. Next two days is going to be hard work but we’re nearly there. The last show is in sight now so looking forward to getting out there and finishing on a high – one goal.

1 week out today from the final show of the year. Fly out to Sweden on Wednesday. So probs need to start thinking about packing – no doubt will do the night before haha – tbh I pack light for shows now. The more I’ve done the less I realise I actually need. Taking shit loads is just stress. Need trunks, supps, some food, clothes, pretty much anything else I can get from shops there like fresh meat. My goal is to keep stress low and always look to enjoy the process as much as possible. Too many people stress hard and don’t even enjoy it, fuuuuck that 😂

Very long day for me today. Early start and late finish, had to go and sort some business out so was super tired. Final weekend now before we fly out on weds. Ngl it’s tough being at this weight for so long but the work is getting done

100% log booking if you’re in the early stages of growing – as Jp said it’ll hold you accountable making sure you get strong! And if foods in the right place there’s no reason you shouldn’t grow!
