    In for arms today and felt much better. Stomach felt better still not 100% but getting there šŸ™ … class session and occluded once again. The pump is just silly šŸ˜… … and my arms are deffo growing nicely! Chest and delts tomorrow so looking forward to that one šŸ™‚

    Family roast today as it was Sunday, absolute banger as usual from mother, full spread. Bosh.

    Annoyingly had a bad stomach past day or two so hopefully haven’t lost too much weight. Been hard to keep food in. But it is what it is. Can’t always be 100% so when we’re I’ll or whatever, I just do what needs to be done and get back on the wagon as soon as I can. Chilled weekend off chilling and trying to get better, should be good to go for Monday.

    Took a forced rest day today because I was helping my brother move house and took way longer than expected šŸ˜… ended up back at the parents house this evening at 9oclock and had a curry together. Rare occasion so was nice to have a meal off with them. Everything has been on lock so I don’t feel bad doing stuff like that. Was nice to get involved and eat with them. As I don’t see them loads and most the time I do I swear I’m always prepping so miss out on a lot. Anyway, because on on the rolling split I’ll just do back tomorrow (was supposed to be today) and carry on the split as normal then. No issues whatsoever, we march on šŸ™‚

    How often / how many rest days you taking big man?

    Hey buddy how are you bro? Played around with it a bit of late. I was going 6 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off (over two weeks). In the second week I didn’t do a leg Day which constituted the mid week rest day.

    But the 6 on was killing me. So now it’s simply 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off, repeat. On the second week I do hams and gluts instead of a full leg day.

    Legs are my strongest part so seeing as I have to get to weight cap it’s seems silly focussing on them when I need to grow elsewhere. Chest and arms have taken the brunt of the volume.

    How’s things with you big man? What’s the plans?

    I use Simba and it’s been class for me. I fractured my back so needed something worthy and this has been perfect. Not cheap but considering how long you’ll have it. It’s worth it. Think they do payment plans too.

    Much needed rest today. Training going super well atm, just in a such a nice groove with everything and I cannot complain one bit. Lots of work today done on a rest day. Very much like rest days as I feel I need then. When people say they’re bored or wanna train on a rest day, they probs just don’t train hard enough to warrant one 🤣

    I usually do IM as seem to get worse experience with sub q when it comes to jabs. More irritation, pain and almost welting of the skin. So prefer IM.

    Another good one in the books. Back day at kings. And now back home again. Rest day tomorrow. Then into push weds back on the 3 on 1 off split.

    Weight gone up a touch to 264 and holding very nice condition for the weight. 30lb to come off from here for classic weight. Should be a very nice look this year with the complete classic off season.

    Very ready for prep now šŸ™‚

    I find using unwind post training helps me go from sympathetic nervous state to parasympathetic (fight or flight to rest and digest). I keep them in my gym bag and take them when I finish. Usually by the time I get home and have prepped my meal, circa 45 mins I’m good to go and have no issues.

    Heading off to kings gym now for a Sunday afternoon arms session! Got the occlusion bands at the ready and gotta say massively notice the difference since using them over this past month! I’ll keep you guys updated on how the progressing are going whilst using them šŸ™

    Right completely forgot yday that I couldn’t train today so went in for a late night delts and chest session. Didn’t really wanna go but went and got it done so I don’t get behind or miss anything. Now I am a bit smashed so the rest day today is very much appreciated haha. On way to London shortly and will be at kings for arms tomorrow šŸ™
