    Much deserved rest day today and also a new high weight this off season 262.5lb

    Things moving very nicely now. I’m usually supposed to be on 6 sessions per week but today I’m going to have to take a rest as my whole body is battered from chest/tri, back/bi and legs so far this week. Rather rest and recover and full send tomo as opposed to having a bad session.

    Smart auto regulation is key in this instance. Know when to push and when to pull. But don’t be a pussy. Big difference lol.

    Heavy pull day yday

    So I currently have 2 back days one for heavier rows/thickness and one that’s more pull-down based for lat width as my back isn’t a weakness but those gains would help more with the look we want to bring for classic

    Feeling the doms today but in for legs later with my brother

    Joe in some phases when you push the mast e 1000/ week or more you make this to reduce the e2 effect ?

    Less likelihood for certain side eg acne from hormone spikes when doing less shots so I would. As Jp said have increased jab amounts – obv smaller amounts per jab. And I’d use test e as more mg/ml.

    Had a very non bodybuilder day today. Spent the night at my parents after watching England sadly lose the rugby. Had cooked breakfast with the fam. A nice walk and did some work – had some normal BB meals then also went for a roast dinner and had a biiiiig 3 courses. Been a very nice family orientated day. I don’t do it often so was just to just chill and be a bit of a normal human for a day. Back to the grind tomorrow 🙂

    Enjoyed the rugby last night but massively looking forward to the England game tonight, really looking forward to seeing how we get on. Not sure we stand much off a chance with SA. But rarer things have happened 😂 Going to the parents for a wholesome weekend so looking forward to that. And then a family roast tomorrow 🙂

    Productive day

    One thing I have not let slip is my early morning rises and has done wonders for my off season so far IMO.

    I think a lot of people slack their wake/sleep times when their in an improvement season.

    Although my mornings are different from prep, I find getting up going for my morning walk and journaling allows me to set myself up for the day and get my meals in.

    I think if competing then sure. If not I’m not sure. It’s most definitely personal pref like the guys say here. Also like hilly said if you do blast you can do it in a ‘safer’ way.
