    So dropped 10lb overnight which is pretty cool, just the 10lb to go now to reach 232 – let’s go!

    Here’s my updated and lower food calorie and volume diet

    DIET
    Meal 1
    70g whey isolate,
    50g COR
    10g Almond Butter

    Meal 2
    200g cooked chicken
    100g pineapple

    Intra
    10g EAA, 10g BCAA, 2g salt

    Post shake
    60g isolate
    10g Glutamine
    10g Creatine

    Post meal
    200g Chicken (cooked weight)
    75g jasmine rice or COR

    Meal 5
    70g iso
    20g almond butter
    100g berries

    Your body has a very clever way of adapting to the things you do to it. This is why when we stay at a certain point for a certain amount of time it’s time to make changes. Increase the deficit in which we’ve eat you want… output, nutrition, drugs…? Up to you. But something needs to change x

    Probs run a lower dose it’s a highly toxic compound too, I’d half that dose and run it pre workout and pre bed.

    We’ve done it meal by meal and this is what we ended on. No diuretic just natural peak max.

    Meal 1
    150g Lean beef
    125g rice
    100g banana
    Sodium the same
    Water the same
    1g vit c

    Meal 2
    Repeat meal 1 exactly but with 150g chicken not beef. Same salt same water to this point and the vit c

    Meal 3
    150g lean minced
    160g rice
    100g banana
    2 x rice cakes
    10g almond butter
    Salt same
    Water same
    1g vit c

    Meal 4
    120g chicken
    160g rice
    100g banana
    20g almond butter
    2 x rice cakes
    Salt and water the same
    1g vit c

    Meal 5
    150g lean minced
    135g rice
    100g banana
    2 x rice cakes
    10g honey
    10g almond butter
    Salt same
    Water same
    1g vit c

    Meal 6
    120g chicken
    140g rice
    100g banana
    20g almond butter
    2 x rice cakes
    Salt and water the same
    1g vit c

    Last training day today! All done and dusted! Great session at Titan gym in Alicante. Posed for the lads after in a great environment and very happy. Also very full lol. Almost at spilling point – which is perfect so we finish todays load then back off tomorrow.

    Gunna hit two carb meals tomorrow then run 3x pro fat meals to run the day out. Pull water back to about 4L from 7.5L still split over the course of the day.

    Very excited now to see how this all turns out 🙂

    You don’t need to do a full cut, but I would suggest a priming phase around 6-10 weeks based on how fast you respond.

    Look to keep training performance throughout, with the goal of getting as lean as possible in the timeframe so don’t be afraid to make some assertive changes off the bat. This will get your body super responsive and in a much better position to continue this push effectively. I’d guesstimate around 20lbs wants to come off here then you can slowly push back up another 30/35lbs, assess the look and repeat if necessary.

    Body part wise lower looks in a good spot, maybe add in a touch of glute work to improve ratios there. Lower lats are main focus point closely followed by chest imo. Then back thickness and triceps. Biceps are great.

    Rest day!

    Water at 6ltrs
    Sodium the same as usual

    NO carbs to be consumed on the flight and a minimum of 2 litres of water to be drank

    Morning drink – no morning walk as there will be extra steps travelling

    Meal 1 – 0600
    50g isolate
    150g cor
    100g banana
    10g almond butter
    1 x bagel
    20g jam

    Meal 2 0900 – in flight
    60g iso
    20g almond butter
    No salt with this meal

    Meal 3 1200
    200g chicken breast
    150g baby rice
    30g honey
    20g almond butter
    25g carbs through bread

    Meal 4 1430-1500
    200g chicken
    150g rice or baby rice
    20g honey
    100g banana

    Meal 5 – 1700-1800
    40g iso
    150g oats (hoping for a toilet after this)
    30g honey
    100g banana

    Meal 6
    100g chicken
    2 whole eggs
    50g carbs through rice, cor, baby rice or oats

    And that’s it, I’m outta here uk! Late finish packing so only had like 2 hours sleep and now off to airport but will sleep on plane later and get an early night.

    Plan today is one big carb meal when I get to the airport. Then pro fats/high water on the plane to avoid holding too much fluid – I’ve made a small whey paste with 60g isolate and 10g almond butter. Then big meal when I land.

    I’ll post the full days meals here next post. Any questions just ask 🙂
