    What does your arms/back day look like? Is it mainly arm focused with back top up?

    I’ll post my session here for you bro

    💪🏼Back top up & Arms 💪🏼

    Exercise 1
    – Bicep preacher machine curl 3 sets 20 reps 3 seconds in the squeeze set 1, 2 seconds in squeeze set 2, 1 second set 3, straight set set 4

    Exercise 2
    – Tricep extension Vulcan strap or long rope
    3 sets 20 reps same principle as the preacher curl above.

    Exercise 3
    Pick 1 bicep cable exercise and 1 tricep cable exercise Super sets them 4 times
    Set 1 50/50 reps, set 2 40/40 reps, set 3 30/30 reps, set 4 20/20 reps. If you can’t do 50 on the first set straight rest for 5 seconds and go again.

    Exercise 4
    – Barbell curls 10-15 reps superset wtih skull crushers barbell 10-15 reps, 4 supersets

    Exercise 5
    Single arm lat movement of choice
    3 sets of 20 reps getting heavier each set

    Exercise 6
    Bent over row – free bar or smith machine 3 x 20 reps

    Exercise 7
    Upper back row. 3 sets 20 reps neutral grip. Like the upper back db rows. Fully stretch the back out and hang for a second then slowly drag into the short position and squeeze for 1-2 seconds and straight back in. These are hard if done correctly.

    Great day yesterday at the snow. Always coming away with lots of drive and motivation for my coaching process and also my own development after being around the right people.

    Back to training today. I have arms and back today and then going to watch the Wimbledon final with Djokovic and Alcaraz which is going to be a banger.

    Off early for some steps now then back for some work and meal 1 before a few important calls, and then gym and chill.

    Should be a productive day. Let’s go!

    4 times per week on set split
    A split you enjoy
    Higher frequency for desired areas

    Yeah you’ll always have a period when weight will go up or fluctuate. Stick with it and it will level it self out again then you can get back to making decisions based on a legit weight.

    Up early today checking in competitive clients and making sure they’re all on point. The team is growing nicely and I’m proud of the ethos I’ve created in my coaching group. Results driven focussed! I love this shit. All my own meals packs and prepped too, nothing will be missed at 2 weeks out myself 🙂

    Heading down to Maidenhead now for the hardbody classic tomorrow. Have a few clients competing. I like keeping busy too when I’m prepping as it passes time nicely and especially shows as I’m around like minded people. Then also next week I’m staying down with Jimmy for the week for a pre peak week camp!

    I had transplant a few years ago and all seems well tbf. Probs a little thinning but nothing crazy. Will likely get back on finasteride post prep and get it to thicken back out again buddy.

    just had a quick check over my form on Rdls today with Oscar as he is the king of execution through ig, gave some great feedback which i’ll take into my next session and improve

    This is what it’s all about constant progression and improved execution on movements and the execution part i’m only just fully applying now lol

    Im not just throwing weight from point a to b and i’m pretty sure my legs will look much improved in the next 2 months because of this

    Oscar is the man when it comes the balance of form, execution and of course intent.
