Continued – Epic day today down at PCA first timers – my client cal who I’ve coached for nearly 3 years taking him from a normal lifestyle client to someone that looked unreal on stage. He came second in the classic medium class out of 9 guys! Very close and an amazing show! Can’t wait to see what’s next for him!

Thank you for your answer. I heared that nolva can help to burn fat in areas where fatloss stall. What do you think about that?
I deffo wouldn’t look at using Nolva as a fat loss drug 🙂

Just to help keep gyno at bay as yes I am very susceptible but holding well atm. 750mg test seems to be my sweet spot

Pretty much like most others at this stage if you’re usually on point, Don’t stress about it. Try and have 3/4 meal timings – take some EAA’s and isolate so you can keep up protein servings, even then it’s not a must. If you don’t eat like a complete dick the whole time (which it doesn’t sound like you will) you can’t do that much damage.

Trained at a local commercial gym today for legs and won’t lie I had an absolute banger! Kit was ‘ok’ not unreal but for the job done. When my mindset is ON like right now it doesn’t matter, you just get in and get it done! New kit always provides a new stimulus too and my legs are fucked, I know imma have some sore legs tomo which I haven’t had for a while (that bad anyway) … back day tomo then a well deserved rest day. 4 weeks out this weekend – time is ticking!

There are no rules. SBD don’t have to be placed into either camp. Since when did sbd not build muscle?
I came from competitive Powerlifting background.
I did my sbd work, then moved into ‘bodybuilding’ work as you would look at it. I got fucking strong, became a world powerlifting champ and build some good muscle.
And thus was when I was similar age to you too bro, 18/19. Hope that helps dude

Up in London at my gfs for the week so will be training at kings this week. She lives by Battersea park so it’s a really nice place to get out in the morning and get some steps in. 8am and I’ve done nearly 5k – great way to start my day. Now home to crack on with the working day and then 2/3pm I’ll head off to train legs 🤝
