I do 5 parts water to cor, then mix it in.
Micro 1 min. Mix.
Micro 1 min mix.
Micro 30 secs. Mix. Repeat at 30 sec intervals until desired consistency achieved.

So cardio has now gone in along side a food drip – just the 20 mins plus 10k steps but I’m at a point now where things are going to start happening pretty quickly. Body is super reactive so excited to dig a little now and see what we can do in a week or two. I imagine we’ll be refeeding again before long lol but gotta got a little flat to get fat free so for now I shall embrace the suck.

Gramps 85th bday today lol massive family bbq – was nice to socialise and do normal shit lol even if the bbq itself was extremely temping haha my dad does a mean bbq! Obv just chuck and rice for me though!

Yeah they’re made for convenience and the quality of the ingredients just won’t be as good as if you got these separately.
Great for your ever day person but if your a legit BB, sack them off and use a good isolate, and a good eaa. We do a great vegan whey too, the choc nut flavour bangs. I’m not a vegan but regularly use this myself.

Hey man mine aren’t too bad all things considered my HDL was a little low but nothing crazy, we’ve put in some extra red krill oil at 4g per day along side my usual jp supps.
Tren wise I only ever use that pre comp and max I’ll go to now is 200mg. It’s one drug that neurologically effects me badly.
NPP is great but i get prolactin based sides if I run too high. Currently only running it at 150mg and all good here.
What phase are you in? And what cycle are you on bro?

Presume your a natural guy as you haven’t mentioned aas?
Perhaps look at adding in some hiit work as it’s less time and higher intensity giving you bigger bang for your buck and in this situation it may be what you need to break your current plateau.

Wow absolutely written off from legs 😂 but feels so good in a fucked up way because now I know I can string some good sessions together which is epic! I’ve found a piece of equipment I can now work ok! Legs are totally battered!
Was listening to ronnie coleman and Seth feroce motivation videos whilst training yesterday and it got me so fired up! Think I’ll save them for leg days haha
Plan changes in today from Jimmy now at 6 weeks out so I’ll go through them and keep you guys posted asap.

I use 200mg/ml primo from quanta and don’t get any pip – I’ve not used southern ghost but people I know have said it’s good so I wouldn’t worry about it. Just get it tested if you’re really worried about it, but I imagine it’ll be fine 🙂

Back in for legs today – because of my back issues these sessions have been tough of last but the last session I did was good! I utilised the seated leg press which provides a lot more back support compared to the normal 45 degree leg press and allowed me to love to semi decent load! So let’s see how that goes today!
Just over 6 weeks out now so every session counts!

What’s the diet set up for prep looking like buddy?
Hey buddy so I actually have 4 days of diet set up
Legs and chest days
Back and arms days
Upper chest and delt days
Rest daysSo it’s like a carb cycle you could say and also on the higher days we use more insulin too
I’ll see if I can post a picture of them instead of writing them all up Cus that’ll take me ages lol it’s on sheets

Hi Joe are you having to use an AI on current cycle it does masteron attenuate estrogen?
Hi mate it’s hard to give a hard and fast answer to that as everyone is diff. But I’m currently using 10mg tamoxifen daily as aswell as 0.5mg caber 2 times per week (for the npp). Feel pretty good where I’m at right now.
I know we have a few more tools to use yet too ie tren, winny, proviron etc so I’m excited to see where we end up as the look now I’m happy with

Finally back from Croatia now, long day tbh. Travelling really does take it out of me yano. Keen to back into routine and rhythm now tomorrow and smash the rest of this prep.
I’ll drop a good update in here re where I’m at weight wise and progression on the prep next day or so 🙂
