Crossfit is a wicked thing to get good at. Will keep you healthy fit and functional. I’d suggest going to some group classes and then you don’t have to worry about the programming you just turn up, have fun and train and will learn a lot from the coaches too.

Past 4 days has been awful. Had a stomach bug and a fever. Horrid combo. Haven’t trained since Monday. Lost 10lbs weight – obv just water and glycogen and will get it back but just not idea while prepping is it. At least it’s happened now at 9 weeks out and not 2 weeks out Cus that would ruin it. Back to good soon I hope 🙂

It doesn’t matter how you do it, ‘carbs’ aren’t just the only thing you need to focus on. You just need to be aware of your overall caloric intake alongside your output. There are many ways to increase the deficit – not just ‘lowering carbs’.
But to simply answer your question, there isn’t really an answer. Take your food as low as it needs to go to get lean. If you’re not lean, then increase the deficit (many ways to do this).

Yeah I just ran it for a year with good results then stopped and haven’t had any issues since Brother – when are you getting it done?

There can be sizes but as a percentage you’d be unlucky to have them bad. I took finasteride for a year and had ZERO sides, just helped grow my hair back thicker and faster. I also was still using aas.

Yeah man igf really helped with fullness and pumps and the ghrp6 was good for appetite – it didn’t make me ravished but dont think anything would with the amount I was eating but it allowed me to eat [/quote]

I’d deffo continue pushing up a bit more if all else feels good and there’s no negative feedback. Composition looks good to me. Go to 200lb and reassess there 👍

1 week into prep and we’re already running a two day refeed
300g extra carb yday and today – with 15iu insulin pre and post up from 10iu
I imagine I’ll be up weight again tomo circa 265lb
Not going to take long to get stage ready just gotta manage the fullness and we should be bringing a pretty dangerous package

I just made sure I stayed on point with my diet and did some daily steps when I could do so. I literally lost nothing and took me no time at all to get back into it when I was good to go.

Another good day in the books today for prep. Ryan Brambleby from the physique collective came down the Cojos and we trained push and then we put my posing routine together which is already looking pretty sick! With some fine tuning and more beat matching to the poses it’s going to be pretty awesome 🙂
