So then a very good push day today. Felt very strong in the gym and got some good post workout shots too.
Currently still not 100% re stomach but pretty much there or there abouts now. I still havent weighed myself but I’d imagine I’m getting back on for 280ish now which is nice. And tbh looking pretty damn lean 😂

Morning guys! Had a busy morning at work! The van is playing up so had a stressful afternoon trying to sort that so didn’t make it to the gym. Had a tennis match in the afternoon which I won in straight sets. Went out for dinner in the evening for Persian food. Playing more tennis this afternoon so I might train before.
Yes big lad on the tennis … I bought rackets then realised I can barely run anymore 😂

What the guys said is good for fat burning zone. Remember you’ll have to increase the intensity of the cardio as you get fitter to get into those zones. You can’t always remain at the same intensity, as we adapt.

Frustrating atm as it’s so hard to eat when things are not sitting well. I dont care what anyone says but off season is way harder than prep lol I’ll take a prep all day 😂

Stomach still isn’t 100% – such a nightmare when your peak off season. I checked in today but I haven’t weighed. I know I’m down. I guess 5lbs or so, just fluid. But it effects the look for sure, at least In my opinion.
Will spend this week eating up and rehydrating and hopefully the weight goes back on nice and easy.
Training today felt food. Hit chest and then into some posing too which was good!
