Leg day today, just finished up. Feel very sick post workout. Sometime happens on leg day and takes me ages to get hungry to eat!
That’s when I take halcyon this deffo helps me get back to normal and able to eat again. Deffo one of my fave supps.
Still using the ghrp6 had to increase dose to 150mcg 3x a day now. Still battling on, 1 month of off season left 🙏

I only use delts and lats. I get someone else to do the lats for me. If your mobile enough you’ll be able to do it yourself I know a lot of people that can 🙂

Muscle loss ?Probs looks at 3-400 kcal deficit and then assess from there re weight loss and progress then you can always pull more if needed. Gunna be tough to pull from 1600. Although it’s not a long time so you may be ok. I can’t imagine if running the test, and your appropriate with training/cardio that you’d lose too much muscle.

We’ve had some additions since this but I just haven’t written them into this but here’s pretty much current diet
Meal 1 – 60g protein, 140g cereal, 2x strop waffles, 700ml apple juice
Amino Shake – 10g eaa, 10g glutamine (between meals)
Meal 2 PRE – 300g Chicken OR 150g chicken, 40g whey iso, 125g packet rice, 4 x stroop waffles, 1 x blueberry muffin
45 mins after meal administer insulin and igf1-lr3 (15iu novo, 50mcg igf1-lr3)
Pre shake 15 mins after slin
10g EAA,
5g glutamine,
5g creatine,
1 x pump product (stim pre wo optional)
300ml apple juice (30c),
60g HBCD –
have this 30 mins before session startINTRA – 90g sustain, 22g MPS max, 2g salt. Finish this 20 mins before end of session.
Straight after session – 100mcg ghrp-6
20 mins after ghrp-6 – 15iu nova rapid
Post meal within 15-20 mins of insulin administration – 60g isolate, 120g carbs from simple sugars (muffins, cookies, fruit juice, cake, cereal, bars etc)
Meal 4 POST – 300g cooked chicken and veg, 2 bagels + jam
Amino Shake – 10g eat, 10g glutamine (between meals)
Meal 5 – 60g isolate, 150g oats, 60g nut butter, 2 x squares bars

Hey John how are you buddy? Currently working with Jimmy Tonk, he helped me with some of the milos protocols as a mate which have worked well so we’ve carried on.

Maybe look at changing gyms buddy I’d things aren’t feeling good or kit is broken?
Also shit happens. Kit breaks and gyms are busy so sometimes sessions can’t go how we want them but you need to be able to train with a contingency because if you just stop training every-time that happens you won’t make much progress

Had a bit of a bad stomach this weekend and also was at the show 2 Bro’s. Combination of that was that it was hard to get things all in but that’s the life of pushing bodybuilding to this extent. Back to it now though and gaining again 🙂

Big day today lol finally hit the 280lb fasted weight. Very happy with that. I am a HARD gainer so this has been a fucking slog. Honestly. But i love achieving things that are hard to do. It makes it all worth it.
