Next stop is 280. Had a slight drug change with the intro of tren and DHB and also dbol so that’s deffo gunna help with the weight gain!

Check in this morning sent to Jordan . We are just under 106kg. Visuals are looking decent and jordan has been happy so far as I’m checking in twice a week .
This afternoon we had upper and it was a smashing session. We managed to hit pb’s across the session, and even took 7pps on the Atlantis incline chest press . Very happy with that . 🙂
Tomorrow is a rest day … and very welcome 🤗

Incline chest top up / Shoulders
Exercise 1
– cuffed cable press (strapped just above the elbow)
1 sets of 3 minutes time under tension work here 6-8 seconds eccentrics, 6-8 seconds concentric, full stretch, full contraction full ROM
– 2 sets of 20 reps with a 3/5 second squeeze in the contraction
– 1 sets 10-12 reps continuous reps and squeeze hard in the short for a micro second
Exercise 2
Incline chest press machine
4 sets – first 3 sets 15-20 reps 2-3 seconds in the contraction. Make reps slow and deliberate. Set 4 10-12 full control and hard contraction.
Exercise 3
– Exercise 3 is a super set machine shoulder press 15/20 reps with side dumbell raises dumbell 15/20 reps. Complete this 4 times. Delts should be fully pumped after this.
Exercise 4
– Machine side raise high volume 3 sets of 30-50 reps
Exercise 6
– Single arm cuffed side raise 10 reps on each arm, 5x no rest at all between arms or sets maximum intensity here
Exercise 8
– side raise finisher select a weight around 16kg go to failure, no rest 14kg to failure, no rest 12kg to failure …. All the way down to 2kg

Got up went for a walk, did some work at a coffee shop, sent some parcels back, had a sunbed, went to Nandos, back home for rugby – Italy VS France and then off to cinema.

Bit if time allows then it’s always good to be leaner for a push. Bodies more responsive and better rates of nutrient uptake etc. This is the approach I use with my clients.

Decided not to continue the Milos approach for leg days only. The rest will stay the same. So will be doing more of a hybrid approach. I will post the session later. 👍

Keeping your elbows super high so that the row is focussed fully on the rear delts. These have massive increased my rear delt size 🙏

Starting using a new food prep company too! Clean foods and had my first week this week – they’ve made all my meals to my macros and I gotta say it’s unreal! So tasty fresh and most important still moist, not all dry! If you guys wanna try let me know I have a code and all that jazz

Don’t see why they’d be banned when used correctly. Although there are some people using them when they clearly can’t lift the weight resulting in broken equipment. Hard one to officiate if you own a gym. Depends on the members I guess. I can see both sides of the story here.

Appropriate cycles and health management should see this not being an issue of course everything comes with some risk which is the same across the board. I do think with todays knowledge and application with drugs, health and lifestyle management you should be able to mitigate a lot of the risk.
