    Day two of my rest period and … bored haha nah I’ve for lots of work on with my new coaching launch tomorrow so just been doing that and creating lots of awesome content and resources plus educational video for that which in excited to launch. Saturday today too so cheat meal tonight and I’m having pizza 🤣

  • I think at the end of the day bud at this stage do what makes you happy. Optimally it would be better to keep growing but if you want to compete and see if you enjoy it then go for it. It won’t hurt at all. But of course long term competing would benefit with more muscle. But of course you already know that.

    Had to take yday off as still fucking ill. Had nearly 2 weeks of this now and it’s very annoying. Every time I feel ok. I got train and then next day I’m fucked again. So I’ve decided to take a full few days off to just rest, sleep, bed rate and try to recovery properly because I can’t keep jumping back in and making myself ill again. Ive never had it like this before im
    Usually very good with recovery and my immune system is usually brilliant. So I’m going to fully listen to my body and take some proper rest.

    I use the 25 gauge oranges. I find the 27s are too thin when pinning over a ml and just takes ages to go in. I usually jab around 2ml a day Monday – Friday so the 25g pins are perfect for that. If doing jabs less than 1ml then you can use insulin pins yeah, just push it into the skin harder to make sure it goes in deep enough 💪

    Ok to do stuff but it’s deffo taking me down a notch or two, making me tired and effecting my recovery etc. Just generally annoying af.

    Got so much going on atm with work too. Got a new business launch on Sunday so all guna blazing finalise the last bits for that! Very happy with how it’s all coming together. Just trying into not work/dig myself into an early grave atm 😅

  • Makes good sense to me bud, pre fatigued the muscles before the db pressing and you’ll be able to hit your rep range than without going too high on the reps if you did it first

    Day off today. Deffo feeling the doms now from these sessions 😅

    Legs are in Bits even though I didn’t finish all the volume. Haha.

    Needed the day to just chill today. Did some work, got a few steps in and generally chilled out. Be back in tomorrow.

    Currently watching the boxing now and having some down time 🙏

    Went to film some content and train with a mate today – we trained the usual lower volume approach push session. Strength was very good but as suspected shoulder deffo was playing up. Didn’t stop me doing anything but hurts now and is always on my mind – one of the main reasons for trying the Milos protocol.

    Looking forward to getting this new content out for you guys 🙏

    So my brother is as having this a lot and especially when he trained legs. After lots of tests and mri’s eventually he has his heart checked and turned out he has brachycardia – slow heart beat so when he’s working out the blood goes to his muscles but he’s not efficient to keep enough in the brain so ends up with these mad head aches. I’d suggest going to get a check on your heart / ecg and also explore that avenue.

    Also sorry to hear you’re going through this.

    So legs today

    Ngl I couldn’t fully finish the session it was too
    Much for me as it stands – legs wise I’ll have to work to that volume.

    Upper body wise I was fine but legs trashed me.

    Started on leg ext for example:

    Exercise 1
    – quad extension
    – 2 sets 3 minutes time under tension 6 seconds eccentrics, 6 seconds concentric
    – 1 sets 15-20 reps 3/5 seconds squeeze in the contraction
    – 1 sets 50 (use drop sets if you need to)
    – 1 straight sets heavy 8-12 reps

    After this I was trashed 😂😂

    Deffo going to feel this tomorrow 😅

    250mg test e per week would be a good place to start for most and you’ll see lots of gains from that over a 12-16 week period. Even up to 20 weeks if all well. Would advise getting bloods before you start so you can see where your base it to compare back to post cycle.
