    I did not swap them out haha, I swapped them to ground BULK oats which sit so much better.

    Still doing 400g a days.

    Cals are now at 7740 šŸ˜…

    Quick question re split, if you’re back is still sore from pull yday, have you thought about changing things around?

    I’m not sure what your main areas for improvement are (feel free to tell me), but my thoughts would be that I wouldn’t want to be hindered from doing pull for my leg day.

    Insulin.

    Pushed post workout slin (novo) to 10iu now, and this is sitting perfectly with me. There was a time that 5iu would send me hypo.

    I’m currently using 20 per day. The other 10 split 5 with meal 1 and pre.

    It’s deffo helping with my appetite. Which isn’t great when food is high, as expected. But it’s at least helping me get my food in without literally feeling like I’m going to be sick šŸ˜‚

    I also use 20iu long slin in the morning too.

    This is the most I’ve ran regarding slin before and I’m deffo feeling fuller and holding well. My pumps in the gym are also pretty mega!

    Thought I’d drop in some insulin notes for you guys, any questions. Fire away šŸ“

    My advice would be to educate yourself – so it sounds like you’re planning on that. Which is great. Also, don’t focus so much on ‘bodybuilding’ coaching from the off, you should take what you can get – ie. Don’t turn people away just because they are lifestyle. All coaching will be experience for you from the start. It’s not just providing plans, it’s also understanding people, how they work and how you can get the best out of them.

    Coaching for free at the start is also a good option, as you need to be able to show you can get results. And the best way of doing that is by getting transformations with clients. Some of which you may have to do for free or very cheap from the start. As you start to build experience, and get results and further your education, you’ll be able to charge more.

    Finally, if you haven’t already. Get yourself a coach. As they will be able to show you the ropes and you can see what they do from a coaching perspective which will be invaluable. I hope that helps. Feel free to ask any more questions šŸ™‚

    Was nice to take a couple days off and let my body recovery. Feeling fully back now and ready for another good run of pushing up the weight – body body weight and gym weight. Strength has been rising very well of late so I’m conscious not to push myself into a hole that’ll take me longer to get out of.

    Food is high and deffo not easy but routine and timings help with eveuthing even though I’m
    Rarely actually hungry to. You guys on a bulk will know the feeling! Haha

    Drugs have remained steady recently without any titration upwards just yet. It’s going to be a long off season so I want to get the most out of what I’m doing before we move things up.

    I’d rather have a carb drink pre and intra and then a big meal post. Even though Cor sits well, it still a fair bit to have in the stomach that close to training.

    Felt battered past couple of days so took a couple of days off and already feeling better. Sometimes it’s important to listen to the body and give it what it needs rather than battle on. But remember there’s a difference between actually needing a rest and being a pussy šŸ˜‚

    You’re not even 2kg up from stage weight my man so nothing to worry about at all. If anything id probably want a little more. You’re still very lean. I’d happily put 3-500 kcal extra in your diet straight off the bat, no other changes and go from there.

    Arms and delts today and deffo getting stronger. Did close grip bench for tris and managed 160 for 5 which I was pretty happy with šŸ™‚

    Should transfer into some bigger arms i hope šŸ˜‚

    Weight moving back up now too which is good, things are moving well!

    I would 100% advise swapped out eq cor either primo or masteron. Primo being the most tissue selective there it also has great scope for escalation with pretty much no sides, whereas if you keep escalating eq you’re going to run into a whole host of problems. eq is a pretty horrible drug anyway. Way better options imo

    Hit pull today and playing around a lot more with the prime row machine

    Obv prime bits are great. I’m very strong at rowing but just loading the middle peg was stopping me adding more weight.

    It gets to the point when getting it short become too hard. So taking some of the load and putting it onto the top makes it a little easier in the short.

    I think we always need to have that Mind/muscle connection there and doing this allows me to keep that as well as keeping the load fairly high. Just loading the mid was making me lose the connection a little bit.

    Agreed with the guys here. 300lbs in respectable shape (ie not just fat) is no joke.

    To put it into context I’m 6ft 1, 270lbs pretty lean, so in a good poison to push for 300 (or at least push to grow/gain) … But still, 300 is an arbitrary number. Why 300?

    Don’t just aim for a number for the sake of it. Pushing there from where you’re at now will not look nice. Like Kuba says, hit a a diet phase, get leanish then push from there.

    From where you’re at now to hit a legit 300 you’re looking at 3/4 years imo. Maybe more.

    But again… why 300? Do you compete?

    Weights still Holding between 265/270 atm

    Had an illness last week and couldn’t eat properly for a few days, it really does take its toll on my weight. It’s drops SO easily, and is SO hard to put back on. But slowly and surely we’re progressing again so I’m deffo happy with that!

    Not really an answer to your question but that is really not a good idea regarding drugs. I wound speak to a coach and get some help with stack design. A gram of Eq is only going to bring a whole host of problems.
