    Off for a family roast dinner today. I love to take a chill on a Sunday and take time off from training and stuff. Quite like to get out and go walking or spend time with family.

    Get myself ready and prepared for the week ahead ahead. Still have t got my IG back which is annoying as it’s been down now over a week so not ideal for business but deffo very good for just taking some time off of my phone. That’s deffo been very helpful for the mind🙏

    Firstly bud well done done mate that’s some good work so far!

    I don’t see any reason to cut – obv your goal is too add muscle. You don’t look like you have excess body fat so I would keep at it mate – just make sure you’re having fun and enjoying training – especially at your age 🙂

    Was in for arms and delts today. Ngl I actually love this session. It’s by no means ‘Hard’ like a leg day but I do love it. Something about getting a nuttty pump on and barely being able to pick your arms up.

    So I’ve realised with the oat shake I use when I use normal oats it doesn’t sit all that well with me and sometimes gives me a bad stomach … but when I use gluten free oats it’s WAY better! So that’s a little tip for anyone using the big oat shakes to get cals in 🔥

    Depends how close you like to eat to training. Something like cream of rice if around 60-90 mins is great as digests faster. If a little longer I like to have a ‘whole’ meal like chicken and rice for example. And then have an intra shake with carbs, Creatine and some eaa to spike mps while training also.

    Right people we are back! Had some issues with the app and getting on etc but we’re here now!

    Ok so little update from me, caught a sickness bug last week and dropped a few lbs, annoying when trying to stack weight on as it’s comes on so hard, but loses so easily!

    Anyway we’re back to normal now, forcing the food back in! I feel like eating is a momentum game, when you’re in the zone it happens a lot easier. When you’ve had a break for a few days, it’s hard to get going again! A bit like dieting I suppose. More like you have to force it initially and then it gets a little easier to handle!

    One thing that helps me is making sure I have all my food prepped and ready and then trying to stick to certain meal times that really helps me stay on track.

    I’ve also lost my Instagram at the moment so not going to lie that’s very stressful but staying positive and trying to get it back!

    Off to do a weekly shop now.

    I used to buy stuff as I go, but have been using a weekly shop past few weeks (obv grab bits and bobs here and there)… but have found this much easier to keep on top of things prep wise as I’m usually very busy in the days.

    Bit of a random one, and sounds super simple. But something the simplest of things can make such a big difference 🙌

    If the options are there then yeah I would advise using some alternative exercises for the second rotation. Another options would be to change the setup of each exercise if you kept them the same.

    So change the rep range, intensifier or whatever you are doing from rotation 1 to something different in rotation 2 so there’s a different stimulus.

    Last day of deload today – tomorrow we go again. Rested and recovered physically ready to go again. Will be interesting to assess my doms this week and see if I’ve adapted somewhat.

    Your deffo lean enough to push up into a gaining phase I would say. I’d run a maintenance phase taking food up to maintenance and potentially deload or adjust your volume so you can remove some dietary fatigue. Then you can start increasing cals as you move into the growth phase. And adjust volume again in line with what you can recover from.

    Enjoyed a day off today, deload was very much needed which was as a result of me listening to my body. I was relatively smashed quicker than what I thought I would be, so this is why auto regulation is key.

    Off to fireworks tonight, normal human things 🤣

    Decided to take off the next 4 days as a deload … the recovery atm is pretty poor, my training is crazy and strength is so high but it’s having a knock on effect so we’re going to have this deload phase and then reduce some volume in some of my sessions. We will then assess progress and as usual, go from there 🙂

    Deffo stop using that lab. Jana shouldn’t feel that way. Also there’s much better drugs to use than boldenone, so many deleterious health effects.
