    So test is now up at 800mg and insulin at 20iu novo. (5 meal 1 + 2pre, 10 post)

    Since making these changes the pumps I’m getting in the gym are just next level. I did arms and delts today and wow, I’m also getting more noticeable doms too.

    I’ll keep you guys posted on changes to how I feel, look and perform.

    I know a good few people who are short like that and amazing deadlifters. Height won’t be your problem, it’s like your form and potentially mobility/lack of warming up.

    Back in for push today. Damnnn ya boy is getting strong. Everything feeling light at the moment. Body feeling good, food going in well, we’re on a roll. I have around 6 months to grow here as much as I can before I’ll be looking to start a prep again so now we’re locked in I’m making every day count 🙏

    Big week ahead. Brough on a new client today too, ready to smash his goals! Business moving well, and helping people change their lives. We gooood 🙂

    At Miami pro show today with a client. Always bring about good memories as it was my first ever show back in 2014. Damn 8 years ago 😅

    Some hefty physique changes since then! Client win his categories so a good day all round 🙂

    Had a banging couple of days

    First we went to elite fitness reddich yday and trained chest and back there – very good session! Also got tricked into eating some chocolate that was 6.4million scovilles of heat. Horrific 😂

    Today we’ve been down to the blood lab in Cardiff to get my bloods done – mid cycle bloods. Then we trained legs at Ufit and then finally went go karting.

    What a day, super productive. And super fun. Life is good right now and I’m progressing on all fronts 🙂

  • From what I’ve seen and experienced with clients and my self – stress – cortisol – is THE biggest killer of condition pre and also post show if you’re trying to keep it.

    When fully dug out, low cals and high expenditure. Your body is literally in a state of starvation and using all energy to perform basic bodily principles.

    I’ve doing when you fuel a little more / or reduce expenditure – your body then has more energy to actually train, and yield results here where you’ve likely been stagnant.

    Seems backward, but then again, it’s normal (or healthy) to take our bodies to that level. Hope that helps.

    WhatsApp is down today – going to be an interesting one for the world today. I for one like it when things like this happen – we can just try and have some time to ourselves and enjoy life for what it is rather than be glued to our phones.

    I personally would never do this. Maybe lightly loaded purely for warming up. Certainly no heavy to working sets.

    Especially with something like a free bar squat where I want as much stability and strength as I can get. I believe doing leg extension pre squats is anti the goal i would be trying to achieve. Just my 2 cents.

    Very good delts and arms session this evening. 140kg close from bench for reps, everything is starting to just feel light and easy… cycle is we’ll and truly kicking in now. And I’m feeling very very good.
