Here are some notes I took myself when researching it some time ago. Excuse the bullet format, but probs easier for this style of post anyway:

Was super motivated last weekend after the Arnold’s festival (still am obv) – had another 2 weeks left in Ibiza. Decided to just do a few days, had to go back to get my stuff too of course so had a nice few days chilling and working.
Still not 100% health wise which is annoying but back to the British climate and my own bed and I’m sure I’ll be good to go for Monday. Got some big things planned now business wise which im really excited for to build and grow 🙂

While you’re on you may as well use it to get to where you want to get to and then come off and go through the correct pct procedures. And yea, like Kuba said once you’re off. Stay off. Otherwise starting and stopping is just doing more harm than good.

I think I now have some kind of stomach bug, I have zero appetite , I haven’t been sick but feel very nautious. Didn’t train, I smashed all my work and managed to get some extra sleep in. Last night here tonight going to head down the port and chill out, get an early night then home tomo 🙂

Yeah I’d probably carry on everything as normal and then you’ll be able to decipher more efficiently. At the moment you don’t have enough information to make any decisions off. Ride out the illness, tbh sounds like food poisoning but again, always hard to say.

Just did an upper session here in Ibiza. I’ve also planned to head back a little earlier than normal, I won’t shake this illness fully being here in an air conned room etc. Also very much looking forward to getting back to full health and routine when home.

Literally any of the go to carb sources. Just cycle them out if you get bored. Potato, rice, cream of rice, pasta, oats, obv some may sit better than others but all are cheap and easy to make ‘nice’ with a little tlc

If I was coaching you. Your need a legit priming phase before you bulk again. Your physique isn’t in an optional position to grow from now, you’ll gain fat at a rate too fast for my liking. Which isn’t optional for training etc and also decreases insulin sensitivity etc. You look like you’ve made a good start man, already got a decent bit of muscle there so get on the priming/cut phase. Get lean. Then slowly move into a massive phase from there. I’d suggest getting a coach too if you want to save the mistakes etc. Good luck brother.

Gives me so much inspo seeing all the boys up there! Andrew Jacked took the win and he looked insane. James was also incredible and I was also impressed with Martin. Big Marc took 5th, his MM is just wild.
I love networking and events like this, it was so good to see everyone there. Proper lot the fire. I’m heading back to Spain tomorrow to get my stuff and have a few days chilling and then I’ll be back to set up off season base camp in the UK. What a weekend 🙂

It was good enough, we used all of their 20 plates on the chest press machine lol so probs won’t do legs there 😂

You probs just need to find a variation that works for you. Whether it’s barbell, smith, db, upright bench, high include. There’s so many Variations. And when you plateaux, change variation or change rep scheme set up. Still so many ways to progress 🙂
