    Bro you’re overthinking so much. Number 1 you probs have log book numbers so you literally KNOW you can lift the weight, and if you’ve taken care of all the variable around training like food/hydration/sleep etc then there is no reason you should bail a set. Stop overthinking, stick on A banger and get the f**k after it. Soz if that’s tough love but yeah, let’s gooo

    Today I wrote up a new business plan for my business moving forwards. I have some big plans for scaling and expansion and I think what I’ve planned for my coaching service is really going to take it to the next level. I’m working hard at the moment on all aspect of my life including my business and of course my bodybuilding and I feel good about the direction of each. I dont want to share specifics yet until it’s planned out and executed but I will do so very soon.

    It’s very easy now a days to get access to an echocardiogram or ecg. The blood lab do an excellent service where you can go in, get a full screening and then results within a week. Absolute no brainer for anyone using anabolics. Even if you think you’re ‘ok’ … these types of problems won’t show themselves until it’s too late. Be smart people 🙂

    Very good pull session today. Managed 8 plates again on the prime seated row. I did it last week but this week I got an extra rep and the reps were much cleaner. Cycle is defo in full force now as every week I’m feeling stronger and Stronger and getting bigger and fuller. I was 266.2lbs this am. But it’s muscle now as opposed to fluid and water like last time when I was 270 real quick post prep. Feeling so much better in myself as well now, positive vibes and a better mindset with everything. Keep pushing guys. Tomorrow is never a given. 🙏

    I don’t see many using dhb mate, have you used before, what did you notice?

    Also, in relation to moving abroad, you’ve done quite a bit of travelling with shoes etc, what’s some places you’d recommend spending some time couple of months maybe to train and chill, somewhere with good gyms etc

    I obv like marbella, it has everything. Alicante is also very good and MUCH cheaper, good gyms, beach, the city centre is nice and people are nice too also Lisbon was amazing.

    You can easily travel and stay on track if you want to. Just research the gyms first and make sure you get an air bnb so you can cook… fun times 🙂

    I agree with Jordan when I was your age I was focussing on training, powerlifting and rugby… then I dropped powerlifting and continued bodybuilding and playing rugby consecutively for many years. They kinda go hand in hand as I believe boxing and training at the gym do too.

    But yes for now, smash both, enjoy it and you’ll know what you want to do. You can pretty much recover from anything at that age. I used to do morning conditioning. Afternoon gym session then straight to rugby training no bother.

    So the new plan is in – 6.5k kcal on training days and 6k on a rest day

    Starting a new split too which is going to be

    Push, pull, arms, chest/back, legs

    I’ll list out the sessions as I do them for you too. And post the full diet tomorrow (I need to write it up off of sheets)

    Cycle wise, a few changes, we’re still at 500 test and 750 primo but cal has added in 150dhb and 150 NPP alongside 5iu novorapid insulin post workout. We’ve kept 6iu GH and 20iu Lantus insulin too.

    Time to grow baby 🤘

    Wouldn’t worry too much bro. If you train at 5, so 3/4 L throughout the day, 1.5/2 peri workout and then a L or so into the evening, don’t worry about timings too much 🙂

    Creamfields was heavy. 3 days. Back to it now, been a class summer and very much needed 🙏 … Ibiza actually, going to be unreal place to level up for the last few weeks of summer 🔥
