Week 3 of the mini cut begins
Weighed in at 129.7kg this morning
Taken check in pics and actually happy with the look considering heat coming down on a cruise now. Quad separation coming through and glute lines showing face
Crazy to think being at this body weight in this condition. Extremely exciting to see where I’m at with another 5kg off
Check in response from Kuba tomorrow so I will update on any changes

Like the above have said start the clen at 20mcg feel it out then bump to 40mcg so you aren’t hit with the shakes so hard. I personally am not a fan of Yohimbine for the negative feels and potential stress response it’s not worth the small benefits. I’d favour clen and SLU

I had a client with the same reaction a sore welt that lasted a few weeks I believe he didn’t use enough BAC water when mixing, like Adam says also inject it slowly helps with less of a reaction. A temporary raised itchy lump is very normal but should subside after a couple hours

    New low today of 129.2kg
Victim weight (anything under 130kg is victim weight now due to inflation)
Really great day hitting legs. Have tapered back some load a touch to work in a higher rep range than I had been, mainly with my big lifts as I mentioned before to rest the joints during this cruise and mini cut

Legs today went amazing. Knees feel fresh and don’t have the same level of overall fatigue post legs. Mainly from the dialled back mental aggression going into my pivot set

Nevertheless I feel great and super excited to keep digging on this cut

I personally prefer 2 variations for faster skill acquisition with lifts. Having the same lifts come around more frequently I find myself progressing a lot faster as long as you don’t too big of a load progression you shouldn’t get bottle necked. Total volume per session I find needs to be reduced from PPL/UL it’s quite taxing but for specifics I’d need more context

Coming towards the end of mini cut week 2. Weighed in this morn at 130.2kg
    No significant changes made
    Still sat at
    Training day 4.5k cals
    Rest day 5.5k cals

Cruising on test 400mg, primo 200mg

Only adjustment being bringing GH up to 15iu to enhance recovery and help with fullness during the cruise

Feeling mega tbh. Appetite is firing again which has given me tonnes more energy and taking off 5kg has me feeling a lot fresher

Agree with the above and nicely done mate most first timers neglect it until it’s too late. To add my own take also practice without a mirror occasionally as remember on stage you won’t have a mirror that throws a lot of people off

Big low this morning of 130.2kg

So first week of the mini cut down, started this week at 135-136kg

Big drop off in water and inflammation can see it across the whole physique and even the face has come in a good bit. Usually the first obvious sign of water retention dropping off

Feeling mega, appetite is firing and energy is way up with the food coming down

Had a great leg day yesterday with Kuba at UltraFlex took a lot from it as always and appreciate his time

Will be checking in tomorrow and will have feedback Tuesday but I’d imagine it will be the same set up as things are moving great

Halfway through the first week of the minicut. Weighed in at 133.4kg so just under 3kg down. Will be a lot of water retention and less food volume

Feeling mega to be honest, feels great to have my appetite back and looking forward to meals

Going to keep the physique under wraps until I’m shredded

Like Kuba said a smaller gauge. Warm up the barrel under your armpit for a couple minutes. Inject into a relaxed muscle. Don’t wiggle it about whilst it’s in. Light massage after. Other than that your first handful of jabs into fresh sites usually ache but it gets better

If your chest and triceps are lagging and want targeting as priority, back coming second and legs being last priority this set up looks okay. Once the physique balances out I would suggest making the upper sessions more even

I actually find pull movements easier to progress after push than vice versa too

Volume looks very manageable with training 4 days per week with a double rest day at the weekend. Start there then if you are progressing nicely and feel there is room for progression with an extra set on areas you want most improvement down the line

First time seeing 300lbs first time ever on the scale fasted this morning

Definitely holding some inflammation from the extra heat atm but cool to see nonetheless

    Macros for the minicut are
    TD
    Protein 335g
    Carb 648g
    Fat 56g

    RD
    Protein 332g
    Carb 432g
    Fat 53g

A pretty assertive pull straight out the gate which is very welcomed as appetite was in the bin by the end of that push. Lasted a good 25 weeks though so this mini cut has come at the perfect time

I’m buzzing to see what muscle has been built

If you are at the condition you need to be, remove cardio and decrease output initially. Then if bodyweight continues to drop ease food up a touch to maintain current condition. Then you’re in a prime position to grow from post holiday. Might be an idea to return back to deficit calories 5-7 days post holiday to pull off water then push from there

    Mini cut day 1
    134.7kg
Plan of action is initiate the mini cut with a cruise

Cycle for the cruise will be
    Test 400mg
    Primo 200mg
And will be bumping GH up to 15iu

This will run for 4-5 weeks depending on blood work then we will push on with the blast

Goal is roughly 9 weeks of dieting getting down to 121-122kg and be within striking distance of stage condition

From there rebound up and push up for 23 weeks

Super excited and very ready to have a reset of body comp especially in this heat
