    Doesn’t surprise me at all, the chap that runs SG is a really decent guy ! Any chats I have had with him, have been really positive always , I rate their brand because of his attitude to things

    I felt it was only fair to show both sides. As although I do think the test may be a bit off (have read about iffy raws going round on this forum for a while). The way he’s responded is first class

    Feel like this is worth an update. I sent my bloods to the guy at SG and he is sending the current batch to get tested. As well as sending me out some Sustanon to replace the test E that has come back with low readings in regards to test nmol/l

    Can’t argue with that imo

    I don’t think the gear is bunk, just underdosed based on bloods from 12 months ago running the same cy le.

    It’s definitely underdosed. I did a cycle of (both Rohm) 300mg test e / 200mg Masteron last year, and got bloods done after 4 weeks. Testosterone came back at 80nmol/l

    Running same cycle again after 6 months TRT dose and testosterone has come back at 37.1 nmol/l

    Obviously the answers from the above are all from people much more experienced, and more advanced then me.

    But while maybe not optimal. if it’s something that is a necessity (I train at 6am 5x PW due to work commitments and wanting to spend time with the kids in the evening) this is what I do.

    Evening last meal – I try and have something high carb, at the moment 100-150g oats with 30g whey and 25g dark chocolate is an absolute winner.

    I’m the morning, as much as it would be nice to get up 2 hours before the gym and get a meal in, it’s not something I’m overly keen on doing at 4am ?. So I normally get up 45 minutes prior, neck a pint of water, make my Pre with half my intra carb powder, and then have the other half of my intra carb powder during the workout in a different bottle.

    Optimal no, still works

    Will look to get supp needs multi vitamin pro as has both p5p (75mg) and Boron (3mg)

    Taken twice daily would be adequate p5p?

    Last session in the bag. Done and dusted. Not a bad session either. Trained heavy. Accurate and pushed until the end. Woke up today v tight and flat so I expect more of the same tomorrow except the difference is I start the day with 120g carbs! So Jordan has says he wants me having 3 meals of 120c 40p then pics and 2 more then pics again. I’ll also take fasted pics too and send them too. So I’m looking forward to feeling full and eating some carbs. My body is hungry. It’s the leanest I’ve been ever I think. Makes me excited as jordan is super happy and impressed with what we’ve done. He’s said how easy we’ll peak being this tight which is also exciting so watch this space guys. Tomorrow my plan is pics, food a walk then a massage booked for 8.30am get opened up ready for stage then bath and shave then I’m off to London to get registered and check in the hotel continuing the carb up .

    Gym shop kit is great , but everything I have just posted explains my view on kit. The whole gym kit manufacturing game will have to change as we understand biomechanics more . I mean really strive knew this 20 years ago , it just didn’t catch on , we were too stupid to appreciate them

    Maybe I need new scales / this is a stupid question. But does the 3G of salt not make the food borderline inedible?

    I’ve seen a lot of people posting about salt intake recently between 2-3G per meal. so added some yesterday. Stopped after 2G as I felt like I had been grinding it for ever and it looked like loads.

    It tasted awful and I could taste it all day ??
