Yessir , google “ nautilus glute drive “ , I’m not the biggest fan of its placement at that point in the session as it’s hard to get the muscle short and we don’t really want anything at the end of a session that bias the short as we are too fatigued to maximise it, but it’s set up is so easy, just lay, seat belt on and your off , I would much prefer something with an adjustable resistance profile , or at least an even profile
With which machine or exercise do you think it will be a good replacement of the glute drive at the end of the session? That are not too hard to get it short

ThanksHey Chris the only change on rest is I don’t have my Intra and I change my post for a slightly lower carb higher fat meal so carbs are about 50-80g lower NTD and fat 20-30g higher

update from me
the look this morning was sharper – midsection was the flattest and best ive seen it in ….a very long time! so thats really exciting ? i know we can have this midsection totally flat and aesthetic come show day ?
first morning that i felt jordan looked A TINY bit flatter – mostly through his erectors – there is SO much mass there its quite easy to spot when its not full volume…BUT not of concern
cycle…i think that nandrolone needs to be worked out and removed, so this is now … 1 g eq, 1 g primo, 500 mg nandrolone, 700 mg tren e, 700 mg mast…the nandrolone can be swapped out for test to boost fullness as needed. The primo and mast cover any aromastisation in the this case so no AI is needed.
AI is another tool that can be used in sync with test later in a prep….a balance of including test for fullness, (when truly lean, there would be no water retention. just muscle pressure) but then controlling this with an AI…there is no right or wrong method with this really – more a case of reacting
i made a diet change starting the first session back to full volume training – pull.
so the energy balance / fat loss tools were a kcal reduction and an output increase.
the first session clen was kept the same, from this we saw a good drop in body weight….clen remained for the rest day as output is lower here and jordan doesnt turn over water so well on a rest day…today, legs, i know this session can literally wipe 2lbs off him, so clen has been tapered down by about 30% – removing it completely i feel is too much of a shift. this will be worked out totally, to allow for a period off completely to increase receptivity and then reuse it at a later point as another tool

Just an update on push today, pec is doing well. I’m a couple sessions away from being happy. We have some really nice strive pin loaded machine presses , so I’m keen to attack the high incline version.

274 today, no doubt will be 273 ish tmo as expected , it’s coming off well!
Devolume legs went well, worked at 50 percent volume and it was all very strong , Corinne pulls my cals lower atm in the Devolume then raises them again once I’m back to full volume just to account for that energy balance change as because I’m very sedentary, the training session burns a lot of cals for me, and atm the goal is to still be dropping fat during the devolume blocks .

No cycle change needed, I feel decent and strong , the only hard ish part is when clen and tren mixes Up together while I’m still not light light and I find that hard CV wise in sessions , but I have GW in to help , 20mg/ day for that , I find it really helps my fitness a lot!
