I had covid last year on December and my last shot of the vaccine was on June 2021.
I didn’t feel anything, just a little headache for a day and then symptom free.

Incredible push session ticked off I felt FULL as a house, weight fluctuating this week around 255 across appetite is incredible and all is moving forward real well.
Push session went as follows

Incline press and the flat / decline adjustable.
Then I think I will have everything I want for now . I need to call in my heavy db as I leave a trail of kit around at diff gyms, I have I think 8-9 pairs of db from 60-90kg at 3 diff gyms , so will get them down too as I’m not buying more.
Do you will do a cojos tour when you receive the Atlantis pieces?

Bicep piece, I like the gym shop one a lot! Iso laterally loaded, but it’s plate loaded . The only decent stack loaded iso is the hammer mts but that’s £5-6000
Do you prefer the gymshop one over the prime preacher one? I saw that you are not doing the prime too much recently

Hey JP, I saw In one of your push sessions that you did a cable d handle chest press on your prime functional trainer.
You used to have a precor dual cable chest press. Doing that seated cable chest press on the prime it’s almost the same as doing that in the precor machine?
Or the precor overloaded more the short since it’s a fixed cable machine?

Gym shop one is better , it’s better than any other I have used , better than Atlantis – it’s a replica of the paramount. Very happy with it
Did you sell the arsenal one? or do you will rotate between the arsenal and gym shop pendulum?

Right so I let my weight drop back to 274 , I am absolutely fucking mashed the last couple days
I had to take a double rest yday , which is very rare for me as usually a devolume will drop fatigue , but the devolume from push and pull did FUCK all because I lifted weights I haven’t ever done in my life and it just crippled me
Today I ran very low volume for legs , but again the fatigue mid session was huge , strength was VERY high .
Since changing over to nandrolone only my lethargy has jumped considerably but so has my strength, so some is the drug , some is the general fuckery of pushing myself so hard these last 6 weeks.
For example , when James came down and we did that upper back prime row , we did 8 plates I got 6 , he got 8 . In this weeks pull session, I did one set before that work , then did 8 and half for 16 reps , that shows just how much strength I have gained in this run , but also why I’m utterly destroyed lol.
Pushing the food to that upper limit kills my insulin sensitivity ( I mentioned this would happen a couple weeks prior to hitting that food limit ) , it did the same again, I can’t get over 800c without my digestion this time telling me to fuck off. Now that is more than enough food , and actually the 277 body weight probably is high enough , but because I now can’t go above it, it would of been better to go upto it much slower , but I really didn’t anticipate hitting a wall like this where digestion won’t let me past , I was confident I could find a work around.

So basically , I need to come back down more to give my digestion and body a full break , and then basically restart again creeping up much slower , otherwise I can’t make any progress here and all I am is distended.
I will probably go back down to about 260 , so insulin sensitivity , sleep, fitness , all just feels ok – then we will recommence a push knowing I only have 15 pounds max to go up.
I want to get back onto primo , but Will wait on Kubas lab results – he has been a hero and sent off about 10 things for testing , so please make sure you thank him for that, I’m being serious this is a big thing that helps us all and he spent about 1k out of his own pocket because he is a legend
