    A new chapter! Starting to be coached by Hyacine Nassir! I m really Happy about! He is a Corinne’s friend and as you know one of the best contest specialist coach!!!! Check out his log Q&A on here!!! So So show dates are slightly changed too. We need time. Soooo we are prep for some shows soon!!!! 10 ISH weeks out!! TBC (I am a potato ahah so let’s seeeeee) Cardio, posing & my old Upper day plan today. Okayish my training session, not extraordinary but just some more. X
    Happy posing after my fasted cardio this morning. Tomorrow extra extra extra posing and little glam up! Trip to Lee Valley Athletic centre Arena for the posing camp by 2bros!! X

    Check in today hold on here. Big changes SOON. Cardio & posing day. Some add ups on my individual routine. Happy. it’s about details. Posing camp confirmed and in schedule. I m obsessed with my posing. Can not wait to attend this event. Today was a Great day With my gym family and feel grateful. Needed. Want the BEST from me. The journey continues. Upper tomorrow. X

    Today. Felt everything easy coz had more sleeps from my previous legs day. I went to the posing camp and I had twice rest day. So all pbs today. Nice. However endless. I was totally destroyed by Stair master. All the sweat incredible.
    I can not explain really. happy 🙂 I give everything but alllllll
    Cooking ATM chicken breast, asparagus and zucchini
    Saturday another bikini camp this time at the valley where will be the show by 2brospro and hopefully is rest day. 3rd for me. All of them. I learnt a lot from the previous experiences, despite I m not for group things oh at least I was not…. I don’t know really! Lol. My focus is my posing and presence on the stage! Obsly I value people and yes all the sponsor too to organise such events. Let’s go to the another one. X

    CV burn and opppsss Totally regret my coffee cup this morning. So taste very spicy orange flavour lovely lovely ? So effect only 3g and hopefully ( I wanted to start with 4,5g tbh and I did not….I m more wise seems..) was a Good move because I was over the moon just with 3g to note that I m not used to caffeine anymore and it is my first time to use a fat burner. More sweaty than usual, toooo sweaty! Very energetic and yeaah I think that even a lower dose could work for me!!! My why is very strong Soooo I normally find within energy but yes CV burn booooost things incredibly well. Now working, then chilling, meal prep done for today and for tomorrow and soon another cardio session with again posing. stretching and foam roller to end because tomorrow is LOWER day. very excited as Usual! X

    The feeling of traveling just buying train tickets, bring Tupperwares, feel lost as a tourist, ask for information lol little things but yes I missed them.

    Posing down this morning fasted after my cardio. Then New PBS shoulder and back. Come back on weight training FINALLY. CV burn arrived and we will taste tomorrow for my cardio. Can not wait! But I don’t have doubts about quality and taste :)… Feel well physically, very strong. Mentally a bit DIVA tbh but I can manage it ahah ( my kind of prep brain I guess! )

    Was a awe session. I felt that I could go more far with my back row tho I was too conservative and it is a lil frustrating. Next one. X

    Assisted chin – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps
    Rack Pulls – 1 set of 10 reps – increase the weight and do 1 set of 8 reps – 3 SEC ECCENTRIC, TOUCH AND GO, DO NOT BOUNCE THE PLATES OFF THE RACK
    Seated row – 1 set of 8-10 reps
    Single arm lat row – 1 set of 20 reps
    STRETCH
    Flat lying side raise on the cables – 2 sets of 12-15 reps
    High Incline smith press – 1 set of 8-10 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps
    Dip machine – 1 set of 20 reps
    Machine side raise – 1 set of 8-10 reps
    Single arm handle pushdown– 1 set of 15-20 reps
    Cable rear delts – 1 set of 15-20 reps
    STRETCH
    Abs – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Lot Lot of Posing today. Really Lot.
    With all the cardio and all steps. Sum up Soooo great experience a camp for simulate show day with comparisons etc. Tbh the total experience was mehh tho! …. My brain was mehhh or the experience?! Who knows!? They seem happy about my posing and I m obsly not happy LOL. I can always do better and.. blabla!

    Everything late today as I traveled a lot.
    How much I miss traveling? Tomorrow upper hopefully ah two days only cardioooooooooooo don’t complain but ohhhh my first love is weight training!! And yes I need even more muscles everywhere! Asap. endless list. I m going to focus on what I have and not what I miss/lack for few days? Eheh 🙂

    NTDay. Same eh vacuum cardio posing stretching foam roller prehab M1 food shop steps meals prep M2 all things together M3 again food shop cardio posing come back in the kitchen to cook again eat again ….All things together again ahah on repeat mode!

    Basic but Beautiful day. Met some competitors ready for the British! Niceeeee!!

    Omg my cardio was sweaty sweaty. Am and pm. I felt my legs like jelly. Yesterday was legs day.

    I looked tighter this morning after the refeed but I did not jump on the scale ( ….) But better to shut up without judging myself and only do the work.

    Tomorrow further rest day coz posing camp and I was told to do so. Rest day. Regular 2hrs cardio tho, just a lot more of posing in schedule. X

    Such a beautiful day. Started early today ahah I got that excitement pressure on like we are going to play early today and kill it!!! Yes, I felt the coffee. I stopped at 2 cups before 11am. No more. CV burn+ preworkout+coffee. Over the moon with all these stuff and more my Italian blood is going to be tooooo much. I m too much ahah.

    Btw I felt strong and I went at 305 on legs press and 105 on hack. I was just happily wrecked.

    Refeed and I didn’t skip a gram. Let’s see if it’s going to boost things. Jump on the scale tomorrow, visually I m curious too?! ….

    Check in dayyyys. Not really interesting. Omg I lost 0,1!!!! Okay so. Had great News today and I m very enthusiastic about. allow me to push more this season and so eventually do more showssssss. Meanwhile I got some big thing for next year. Well now if my body can collaborate with everything is going to be great!!!!! a further gOooooOd news from my posing coach about show day. Excited. Really excited. This Sunday posing camp.

    No need to update w check in pics, ehhhhhh I m the same 🙂 50k potato.

    We refeed so only tomorrow. Well it’s legs day toooo!

    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 100g 5% Trout or salmon, 50g chicken/turkey breast – if the salmon is 5% fat that is fine, 40g rice
    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 100g apple, 6g coconut oil, 40g rice
    (pre stim 3gr)
    Intra 30g eaas, 5g creatine, 30g carb
    (1.30pm) Pwo 60mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 50g rice, 180g white potato  
    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish, 6g evoo, 5 rice cakes
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 180g white potato
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 100g trout or salmon, 50g chicken turkey breast, 40g rice

    And further actions:

    NTD:Vacuum
    Fasted 60mins cardio pre meal 1 – 130bpm
    In the afternoon 60mins cardio at 130bpm
    Any time in the day a total of 20mins posing practice  
    Daily steps – 12k
    TD: Vacuum
    Fasted 60mins cardio pre meal 1 – 130bpm
    Post workout – 35mins on stair master
    Daily steps – 10.5k
    Any time in the day a total of 20mins posing

    Ah… You need some nerves and pressure in order to keep going and wanting to do your best. Just stick to the plan, keep pushing and you’ll be ready, so don’t worry. It helps having a good support network around you too, so you’re very fortunate ?

    Thanks a lot. Absolutely. I m so grateful! I appreciate a lot my “support” network…aka All guys who are spotting me in the gym all time :)… you asking me how going.. and everyone else around me! Gym owner, all PTS there, receptions, all my coaches, bikinis posing group!! List is endless! Fortunate, yeeees. I am living abroad without family by blood and this means a lot to me. X

    Feeling very strong. Today was mad and Sooooo awesome. All aspects and all exercises. Gym vibes always unbelievable. Feel so good there. You can not imagine how. Spotted on some and so pb here and there. Happily dead. Tomorrow check and omg. (Ahah Okayish make me nervvvvvvous and excited…) ah welcome back coffee in my life but this time with moderation ahah! Should be more effective than before?! Roughly 3 months coffee free. Oh yes I m having my JP stim tho! Soo tomorrow let’s see if I can feel the effect! X

    me everything seems in order, I m working on it want the best from me THIS is with the right pressure WANT BADLY…and well strength is up so this is Sooo cool. more my gym omg no words to express everyone there. Posing going on and I got an unbelievable support EVERY day… grateful! crazzzzy!! ah to add that my fatness scares me tbh. LoL. but I think better to switch OFF my brain in this case. no easy but I can do it. so so. X
