    I m going to compete abroad! Sooooon! My goals are bigger now! Omg they are exploding! Ahah I think that It’s better play low key humble work hard and let’s just execute… I think that suits me better for now!

    So much improvement and lot of work is going on… I ll share i guess sooooon with some useful info that I am learning from this journey! X

    I liked dymatize iso100 gourmet vanilla. It’s creamy but not too sweet or strong vanilla flavor. ( I don’t have a sweet tooth so it’s my preference ) and So you can mix with anything. Fudge Brownie and gourmet choc are tasty too.

    Today Push. Work it. Adapting to the changes. So Still in transition. Trial week in progress. A part being out of my zone… feel great! And Listen to Hyacine!

    Girly things Ahah maybe I m going to change bikini coulour … till Wednesday next week I can think about. Need help with this. not sure about my first coulour choice.

    Waiting my new posing shoes and I can not wait! Went for the fully crystals for the show! … The basic oldies ones are for my daily practice till they don’t die ahah!!! (omg the straps) I Keep going with this everydayyyy after my fasted morning cardio which is only 30 minutes ATM. so I can focus more on my posing. totally love it. Vacuum and mobility moves there always. yeah On repeat mode. TMRW Pull. x

    Today today today was legs. I am on PPL ATM. Was a messy sweat one. So lot of improvement must be made and asap. Focused a lot on form and tempo. Dead stop hack okay DEAD. But really. So so very happy to be challenged like this. More my sleep was kind weird and far from the best. Take it for today. Tomorrow Push. Chilling now.

    A part the excitement to shop new posing shoes, the older one are leaving me… ahah too much posing! sweaty cardio, deep stretching… relaxing and some beauty treat. (I m in the waiting room) Food prep is decreased oh and this is great! Not so much time in the kitchen anymore.

    Feeling much more comfortable with my body lately. Happy!!!!!!! Tomorrow legs!! X

    Buzzing today for upper! With my new diet feel Wonderfully! And a very Strong upper session! Can not wait next rota!! Main back today and second shoulder. Hit my 5p for delts on the cable yyyyyyeeeeeesssssss!!!!!!!!! PBS on back too! Add some more on my stack and waiting further delivery, increase CV burn at 4gr ahah love the boost! And I loved a little more of preworkout today!
    Now I m focusing little more on posing!! Had my practice today fasted but I like to research new way to perform and try it next day!! X

    New chapter is officially starting. New food list shopping… And so meal prep! Today simple but nice one some vacuum, posing (there always) and cardio, stretching and some friends at the gym. Still in between! Very excited for the future! X

    Morning cardio and posing as always. Now we got two way back to front pose. Always looking for tweaks! Let’s have different options tooo!! Then Very strong legs session oh and I was really relaxed… but aggressive on my sets! Liked liked. Yesterday give me lot of excitement. Love this kind of looooong day. It was fantastic….. practicing and Meeting lot of girls was amazing and Justin from 10xathleticusa is soo fun! Humanly and professionally a successful day. X

    One week out today……!

    Back to baseline weight this morning as predicted, so we added 30g carbs to my pre and intra and 40g carbs to my post.

    Last Leg session went down today with reduced volume. I held strength well and hit all numbers I wanted, so very pleased. Just a few upper body sessions to go next week ?

    Dual arm cable curl – 1 set 8-10 reps

    Adductor cable – 1 set 10-12

    Lying ham curl – 1 set 10-12

    Dead stop hack squat – 1 set 8-9, 1 set 10-12

    HS Leg press – 1 set 12-15

    Glute bridge – 1 set, 9-10

    Abductor – 1 set 10-12 ish reps

    Leg raises – 1 set

    Seated calf raise – 1 set of 8-10 reps, last set into a stretch

    Same as Kamara! BB is my priority and I fit everything around, not the opposite. Anyway you can always use a meal prep company to make your life easier if you can afford it. There are a lot on the market for any budget. I would try to frozen something like rice, potato etc. Use tinned tuna not need to be cooked. Easy protein source. Chicken breast fillet you can easily cook in bulk for 3 days in oven, ready to put in oven. Frozen veggies are easy to prep. Eggs too! In bulk! Rice cakes are an easy carbs source. Etc etc. You can optimise your meal prep time! And adapt your diet to your lifestyle. You don’t need to cheat! 🙂

    Made it!! Loooong day but Beautifully exciting!! Posing camp just wow! Fun, nice people, a lot of posing.. but really lot!! Very late second round cardio Saturday Eve in the gym…even that nice!! a part my legs felt so heavy but really heavy!… Omg! Well tomorrow legs day!! X

    Yes, as Claire said. Or you can cook 500gr raw, then divide by 5 you got 100gr raw in cooked weight. Then divide by 10 you have 10gr rice raw in cooked weight. And so you do 10g X 7 + 5g (10gr : 2) So you can cook for few days!!! Hope I was clear in my explanation!! X
