white fish Tilapia, Pangasius and basa then canned tuna in spring water, fatty ones salmon 12%fat, trout and mackerel. there is not the best but depend about your macros requirements, budget, lifestyle, taste preferences, etc….

Shows dayyyys lot of people are competing. Exciting. Good placement and winning. Hopefully I ll step on stage me too soon. Now we Just need booking accommodation, travel and small things but we got everything planned. Chat with Mua and hair stylist, need to send over my look idea. Booked a photoshoot one week before show here in uk lol in my gym hopefully I get permission to do so.. today pull beautiful empty gym lol DREAM changed my training hrs …and afternoon suit me wonderfully. Strength okay is okay nothing exxxxxtra.. but I had a great session. This week is going to be the week of booking everything and order last few stuff. X phosphatidylserine make me sleep till 9am omg. Magic.

Phosphatidylserine works like magic. Felt better better. Placebo and 800 mg. Btw managing stress is like training… you will get better hopefully! Prep does it if doesn’t is it prep? Btw we are organizing everything… seems all clear except my body lol.
Today was push and all the cardio posing vacuum same stuff. Now ready to go for my 30min walk.
After Alicante everything is going to be more and more clear. X

Legs day. Was okay not exxxxtra PB lately…few reps more on hack and 5kg more on press. This week was a bit mehhhh but today lil better coz I wanted to. So grateful that I got some nice people around me.. positive! Shout to Lenny ifbb pro who is always supportive… he is just a good vibes person… top top and ah he looks crazy gooooood too almost not realistic… 50 years old that body…then there is Tim…all people working there…my ‘bikini’ friends.. some WP…..btw i m Starting w 800 mg of phosphatidylserine this eve. Bought hair straightener, fake nails, body scrub, plug adapter ….. get ready! Ah my sissy choose my earrings and I need to order them still! ….

…Ok so I’ve been chatting with Jordan again today and I’ve decided that I’m not done yet and want to get on stage one more time this year. Not necessarily because I think I’m going to win or that I have anything to prove, there’s just something niggling inside me saying I need to go again, but in an International show. So it looks like I’m 5 weeks out, which means I need to stop eating and get back on track! I was up 2kg this morning from my stage weight, so I have to start dropping again and lose the bloat!_________________________________________

good push session today, I recognized that my strenght dropped a little bit but that´s okay atm , on monday I will get my MRI results and on tuesday I´ll get my bloodwork done and hopefully then my real offseason will start ? seeing so many of the team prepping for shows, it´s just amazing and I want to do it again!!!!!

Oh rest today. Tbh few days this week feeling so looooooow mentally. Defo PREP. And so Welcome PhosphatidylSerine in my stack. Just ordered yday. Can not wait the parcel.
Let’s be open… I don’t like this btw…yeah ahah the ANTI social attitude and so so head down in the gym. Talk just with Only few selected people which I totally admire and get me inspired …. hopefully they are here! So grateful! Avoiding eyes contact. Eh … I m not still in the end of prep and sooooo no happy about my mental weakness … either than criticize how I look. The action here is just shut up really…. I know that it’s a mental prep game?!
Whatever I feel the need of a cap omg to hide myself…. okay this when posing I m not sure how can work. Ah so add it to my basket shopping.
I just bought my jogger and my hoodie for my comp, tried some makeup lol unsuccessfully very very but I got a clear idea about my look on showday….. need to buy an eyeshadow still and should be fine. Probably I ll get make up done but I prefer to have plan b. Many pro do own make up on show day toooooo.
Seems like I forgot to enjoy the journey some day…
Keeping working with my Brazilian coach too. She is happy about my progress!
We didn’t change still diet with Hyacine.. early still. last jump on the scale was 107lb.Many of you all compete this weekend, some friends too in pca. So excited for you ALL. I keep believing in myself and work hard for it. X

Sleeping a lot! Yeah I always sleep more in prep lol I m the exception! So went for my fasted cardio at 930am omg. In off season wake up at 5am. Okay. Yesterday was push but I feel like rest day push :)…tooo short! today pull and a great strong one. Nice. Met some great athletes and talked about my prep toooo exciting. Now lying on the bed between meals later cardio and bed again.
Tomorrow rest.

Prep brain is here eheh okay I had a fab day tho! So many people supported me today at my gym … omg i never expected this! Being spotted by successful athletes for my shoulder press PRICELESS …. so everything worth it. I used my Yamamoto bottle signed by Neil Yoda needed that mental support. Was a messy emotional experience but apparently seems normal! … Bikini measurement sent and we got jewelry toooooo. Skipped my chiro lol as I m going next week on rest day today was not the day for it.
Update to Hyacine sent and let’s wait the new diet. X

Prep goes 🙂 I had a great legs session today! No PB whatever but mooooore eccentric control. Very very good atmosphere at the gym. Was really extra. lot of Shopping for the show … try to be organized … vacuum cardio and posing always there. I try to practice with different kind of stage scenarios…. lol you never know which side

On repeat mode. And Enjoy every day. Diet & training…everything else same same bodyweight is going down. Jumping often on the scale just to see… the visual is noticeable btw.
Bikini is on the way. I Need to order jewelry asap.. think about my own make up and yeah even my own protan to bring just in case!
We should change something soon in my diet ( I guess ) so looking forward to it! Nothing exciting really to note! I mean I found exciting my daily routine… but yeah same same.
Strength is up which is fun! X

Two Vacuum exercises, then fasted cardio, ending with some posing with Chen who competing this weekend at 2bros then some meals later Pull. Felt Strong today on bb row. Sleeping a lot currently my day start at 8 am and finish late. I enjoy this change.
In my Last check in my bodyweight was still down, without any changes on my routine. Let’s see the next one.
Went for a deep massage tissue and I had reflexology too. Was really nice! I would book another one for next week. eheh. not sure if cupping or acupressure or something like that tooo
2bros posing camp booked on 2nd October.
tomorrow rest day means vacuum, fasted cardio, posing, deep mobility moves and again cardio (It’s just walking around for 30 minutes really)_________________________________________

An update ahah! Where to start ?!
Ok, my training is legs push pull
30 min fasted cardio and hiit post workout on pp. Legs just 10min stair master. 30 minutes walk before last meal.
Vacuum & Posing every day I m focusing on them a lot. Working with a pro.
Eating a lot more, doing less cardio, scale is going down since I started working w Hyacine ?
Tried acupuncture and cupping last week and I totally loved. Ahah I was dead afterwards omg. Saturday another physio appointment but this time a classic deep massage tissue.
Was my niece’s birthday few days ago so I went for a big shopping adventure… I bought lot of cute things ..included a mini gym and the barbie trainer! no candy eheh.(Ahah was an important note that)Sunday bb workshop with Neil hill in e17 with power supplements and Yamamoto.
2nd October a posing seminar 2bro just to add some more practice.lot going on
